The same people DHS & FBI called domestic terrorists two weeks ago. 👇
Here’s the thing - if that was a legit strike in the “ISIS-K” leader who planned the attack, there are a few questions:
1. How did they find him so quickly, given that our intel apparatus peaced out?

2. If they were already tracking him, why allow the strike to go forward?

3. If this was a legit strike on a real ISIS member, who no immediate reprisal strikes, which ISIS is quite prone to doing?

More likely than not a fake POTUS who was just shown to be a weakling on the world stage had a drone shoot up an empty field so he could pretend to be tough.

1) No, audits are not underwater. There are people spreading misinformation on various platforms. Different people have different ideas as to how to proceed. That is normal.

2) No, there is nothing “out” about Maricopa. They are as sound on NDAs as it gets.

3) No, there is nothing to “read in to” about anything from Wendy Rogers lately.

4) No, I don’t know exactly when the Maricopa report is out. But it is a forensic audit of 2.1mm ballots. I’d be more concerned if they turned the report out in 2 days, rather than taking a long time to document what was found. The answer is very soon.

5) No, I don’t know why there are personality conflicts and disagreements made public. This is why I don’t engage in them.

6) No, it’s not easy to wait. We wish things moved faster. Welcome to the harsh reality of life in a bureaucracy.

7) No, you should not commit to following only some people and condemning the rest. Save your ire for the enemy inside the wire, the RINO GOP.

We don’t need to read too far into everything. A Texas star on my outdoor chimney is not a secret sign that I am satanic. Me tucking my hand into my shirt for a split second while speaking does not mean I’m a mason. Me posting a picture of my friend from college with jersey number 17 means nothing other than that is what the equipment manager gave him.

Sometimes things just are what they are.

So the US Government knew so little about what was happening in Afghanistan that they had no idea the Afghan Security Forces would evaporate and the Taliban immediately take over, but they were able to find within 24 hours the precise ISIS-K "planner" to kill? OK.

When asked questions Afghanistan on Friday, Biden laughed and had reporters thrown out of the Oval office.

Imagine being that callous & spiteful at causing this. 👇

I’m old enough to remember the Soviets and their infiltration games. We hated communism, hated it for Russia, didn’t trust the Soviets, would have never helped them in their expansionary quest. It baffles me that the CCP stands in the same exact place as Red Russia did back in the 70’s and 80’s yet Americans seem to shrug it off like China is our buddy. Mass psychosis.

Take a look at what life in the Soviet Union was like. What life in Cuba is like. What life in North Korea is like. What life in China is like.

Gulags. Human experiments. Torture. Mass murder. No freedom. Slavery.

This is what communism does: it dehumanizes people- it turns them into objects & robs people of their souls.

Its Demonic & Evil.

Officer Michael Byrd is a Cold Blooded Murderer. And the US Capital Police are equally responsible. Byrd’s politics & racism led him to murder an innocent, unarmed woman.

And the capital police are excusing it because they approve of the outcome.

Dont take my word for it: hear it from a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. 👇

1 The U.S. Capitol police is claiming that it's use-of-force policy allows USCP officers to use deadly force against subjects even when
a) they do not see the person's hands, much less a weapon and
b) do not witness the person committing any deadly acts. Furthermore, they would have us believe that they train their officers accordingly.

2) Chilling as that purportedly official position is in its own right, it's even more amazing to consider the implication: On Jan 6 2021, every single USCP officer, save one, ignored their training and disregarded their own agency's official rules for using deadly force. Ashli Babbitt was not the only person who climbed through the only broken window/door in the U.S. Capitol that day, and Lt. Byrd was not the only armed officer on scene.

3) Yet, according to their own statement, the Capitol Police are alleging that Byrd's actions were lawful according to a policy that — evidently — only Lt. Michael Byrd had read, understood, and trained for. Either Byrd was right to shoot Babbitt, or every other USCP officer was right to not use their weapons against unarmed rioters. Both things cannot be true. Federal agents like me need clarity when it comes to making life—or—death decisions involving firearms. Is the new normal that we can shoot empty—handed threats who aren't trying to kill someone?

4) This is not conjecture, either. In Lt. Byrd's own words, he admits that he "could not fully see [Babbitt's] hands or what the intentions are (sic)." There is no misunderstanding here: law enforcement doesn't get to assume people are armed until they prove otherwise. Again, NBC's Lester Holt asked Byrd if the fact that he didn't know if Babbitt was armed affected his decision to shoot, and Byrd said "It did not." If Byrd acted lawfully, then the USCP is claiming this conduct is the law of the land. That is outrageous.

5) You will not find a police or law enforcement agency anywhere in the country that subscribes to this dangerously reckless ruleset. Quite the opposite, in fact: reputable organizations would fire officers and agents who killed subjects in situations where they can't articulate the means/opportunity/intent necessary to justify deadly force. Byrd admitted he was afraid, but he did not share why or what about Ashli Babbitt in particular scared him.

6) To merely call her a "threat" without a reasonable explanation doesn't pass legal muster, and it feeds the sense that Byrd acted out of panic instead of reason. But rather than hold Byrd accountable for his wrongful and negligent action, the USCP simply lowered their official standards to a point that conveniently excuses it. https://twitter.com/ForAshli/status/1431622837660438529?s=20
