House Bill 525 HD 2 RELATING TO THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE will be heard on March 30 at 9:35 am. Written testimony must be submitted 24 hrs in advance. No oral testimony will be accepted.
Hawaii is one of 20 other states passing bills like this to amend the UCC. These amendments will redefine the term "money" to include "electronic money". This is laying the groundwork for central bank digital currency (CBDC)!!
If the dollar becomes digital your money will no longer belong to you, it will belong to the federal government. This will open the doorway to tyranny allowing every transaction we make to be surveilled by the federal government. Our rights and our privacy are at stake.
