So this is a very minor victory for the Biden administration as it tells the judge overseeing the case "look at the issue again and see if there are alternatives to putting them on the witness stand." thats it. thats the whole of it, and the judge overseeing the case is gonna go "yep, i checked, they still need to testify." So its a mute point. But you are seeing in real time with these documents that they KNOW they are in deep, deep trouble and got caught. This is like watching a wild animal try to wriggle out of a trap after eating all a farmer's livestock and being found by farmer in that trap.

They are TERRIFIED of Psaki taking the stand: they want the PLAINTIFF'S to agree to stop calling for her to testify until they literally file appeals in multiple courts all the way to the US Supreme Court. They are trying to stall it forever. The FEAR & DESPERATION to keep her off the witness stand & not under oath is so obvious.

NOTICE THIS: the Plaintiffs are being reasonable & accomodating; the Biden admin & its current/former officials are accepting no compromises at all. They are treating this like their hill to die on. They are doing everything in their power to stop ALL Biden admin officials from going on the stand under oath.

Again: like @tracybeanz pointed out, the DOCUMENTS PROVE what they said & did with respect to completely destroying/stripping the first amendment from Americans, & the testimony will blow the case open FURTHER — this is a CRIMINAL matter that could result in CRIMINAL CHARGES for these officials & many others. The reality is the on the stand testimony is crucial & will be damning, And they cant LIE on the stand because of the documents already admitted into the record. Perjury wont save them and puts them in additional jeopardy.

They LITERALLY just like @tracybeanz said, tried to go AROUND the trial judge and circumvent his ruling to get what they wanted. And instead BOTH times (not just once) the motions were sent back to a now VERY angry trial court judge who sees what they did and he is PISSED. They judge and court shopped and STILL failed, and now have to face the judge's wrath. Instead of owning it, they threaten him with a mandamus motion AGAIN above his court. That's not an act of strength, and it is EXTREMELY unwise..... These are acts of desperation.

So, the question now becomes, just HOW BAD & what evidence is going to come out in these depositions that the Biden Admin is literally doing all it can to stop? Imagine: how bad must the testimony coming be if they are going to these lengths to stop these depositions???????? We already know how wide spread and abusive the censorship was and that the Government outsourced the killing of the first amendment to tech and social media companies...

The Biden Admin (govt) Lawyers as well as Psaki's lawyer (Rhee) know DAMN WELL that the ONLY court with jurisdictoin is the trial court— but they are so afraid of having to testify they are going out of bounds to file for relief from the ordered subpoenaed depositions with other courts. Its wholely outside the bounds of legality and ethics but its another GIANT red flag as to how damning their testimony will be.

I mean, holy shit.....FOUR TIMES AND NOT DONE YET, trying to stop ANY attempt to put Jenn Psaki UNDER OATH on the witness stand to be deposed. That is FEAR. That tells you beyond words they have something they are DESPERATE to Hide.

This is key: they want to blame this on lower ranking admin officials and #BigTech and use 'plausible deniability' to shield the Biden Admin from accountability and redress. It wont work.

I want to discuss this in detail: The #illegitimate Biden Admin did what they could be EXPECTED to do— they said 'we dont know anything about it and dont have any email or docs, pound sand. we arent going to incriminate ourselves FURTHER.' They basically lied and hid evidence but there's no way to compel a deeper search and force them to comply.

BUT, Karine Jean-Pierre's statement saying she can't speculate on what someone else meant in saying something isn't unreasonable, and taken with the #illegitimate Biden admin hiding documents from discovery illegally, it means the only way to get the information is out of Psaki, under oath, in deposition, sworn in on the witness stand.

THAT RIGHT THERE is WHY the deposition is so important and why the #illegitimate admin as well as Psaki are fighting so hard to stall and stop it. But the problem is, the judge has already ruled that personal inconvenience of the deposed is outweighed by the fact that 300+ Million Americans' First Amendment rights are at stake.

This paragraph shows you that legally the admin and Psaki have no leg to stand on to stop it and are trying to like hell to get an activist judge in another court to do it for them. If that happens itll go to the Supreme Court, if they chose to accept it.

"Hey, we know you're pissed we went over your head AND tried to go around you, but, please quash that order you gave for us to testify until we have exhausted all legal methods trying to go around you and circumvent your order to testify,"

​​BREAKING: Arizona County Republican Chairs Send Letter Calling On Maricopa County Not To Certify Corrupt Midterm Election

Arizona County GOP Chairmembers have united in sending a letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, objecting to the certification of the 2022 Midterm Election.

Chair members and representatives from Arizona’s 15 counties, and Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward, registered their objections to election certification “until such time as the many issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election are thoroughly investigated, and the potential statutory violations of A.R.S Title 16 are remedied.”

The 2022 Election in Arizona was an uncertifiable mess.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Maricopa County crooks will move forward with certification on Monday intentionally, one hour before they must fulfill a subpoena for election records.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the serious issues in Maricopa County’s General Election on November 8. Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs, tabulators were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept Republican voters waiting to cast their ballots. Republican voters were told to drop their ballots into “box 3” to be counted later.

Election experts and election workers later reported that these uncounted ballots were mixed with already counted ballots, leaving no way of knowing if all legal votes were counted!

Despite this issue occurring at well over 30% of polling locations on election day, Maricopa County officials would have us believe that only 17,000 ballots were affected and dropped into Box 3.

The County admitted to 30% of polling locations having issues, but a new report reveals that over 60% of polling locations were experiencing these anomalies and extreme wait times.

Republicans had at least 72% of the turnout on election day, and this was a deliberate attempt to silence the largest County’s Republican voters.

Maricopa County holds roughly 60% of the state’s registered voters. This was an attack on the entire Arizona Republican Party and America First candidates for statewide office.

The letter from GOP Chair Members states, “Statistically, the certification of an election in a county with 58.7% of the registered voters that experienced widespread, systemic failures disenfranchises the votes cast in the 14 remaining counties in the State of Arizona. Our voters will come to believe if you do not live in Maricopa, there is no need to vote.”

“If Maricopa County and the State of Arizona are allowed to move forward with this blunder of an election lacking in execution and contingency planning, the voters in the outlying counties will, like those in Maricopa County, be effectively disenfranchised and their votes which are their voices will be silenced.”

The letter to Maricopa County lists the election day failures as follows:

Election Day Administration Failures:
-Multiple failures related to ballot-on-demand (BOD) printers
-Tabulators experiencing problems reading ballots printed by the BOD printers at between 60and 118 voting locations
-Lack of training related to the “check-in” “check-out” procedures for e-Pollbooks
-“Door 3” ballots which Maricopa County failed to adhere to the statutory guidelines insegregating, counting, tabulating, tallying, and transporting of the ballots
-Failure to reconcile check-ins and ballots cast against check in at the voting locations
-Erroneous instructions advising ‘checked-in’ voters to vote elsewhere, vote provisionallyelsewhere, drop off a mail ballot- all three of which would result in the voters’ ballots NOT beingcounted
-Untold numbers of voters giving up and leaving without voting
-Failure to provide voting materials for the accessible voting machines required by Federal law,which could have been used to allow voting
