I'm not sure that the opposing political parties, or opposing voters fully understand the mentality of Biden's handlers. I know this administration. They don't care about polls. Their goal was to create guidelines that would prevent a Maricopa-style forensic audit from ever happening again.

Only WV Secretary of State Mac Warner voted against the recommendations.
Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft abstained.

Understand that several groups with opposing interests are trying to control the White House right now. There is the Susan Rice, Valerie Jarret, Obama faction and there is the Silicon Valley (Zuckerberg, Dorsey, Pichai) faction. The Chinese have their own interests, as does a faction aligned with George Soros and European elites.
All of them are trying to maintain control over DC. They have different interests and they're working through different people close to Biden.
