Trump-endorsed Tudor Dixon exposes Gretchen Whitmer's sick record of voting on abortion: "You should understand her position. It's extremely radical. it's abortion up to the moment of birth. She's already proven it with her record of voting. She voted 'No' on a ban on partial-birth abortion. That's how radical Gretchen Whitmer is on abortion... and she'll continue lying to you now."

So Gretchen doesn’t mind killing babies all the way up until birth and CLEARLY has no problem killing the elderly.

This woman should be in jail, not running for Governor.
Three days ago, TIME said the walls were closing in on Truth Social.

Today, Truth Social hit #1 in the Google Play store.

Does the Fake News ever get tired of being dead wrong? 😂

Ironic that in the lawsuit against True The Vote, (which I had the honor of being included in), Konnech’s lawyer spells out exactly what Eugene Yu appears to now be potentially guilty of

“On Friday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Yu to remain in home confinement in LA and post a bond of $500,000. Though Yu's passport was already in the custody of the LA County district attorney, prosecutor Eric Neff argued Yu should be held in custody pending trial, because he allegedly posed an "extensive flight risk" due to his "deep ties to China." Yu's defense attorney disagreed, arguing that a combination of GPS monitoring and the payment of bond was sufficient. The defense ultimately secured Yu's release. He is set to reappear in court in November, where he will enter a plea in the case.
The criminal complaint says that the third-party contractors in China who were sent the workers' data also "assisted with creating and fixing" Konnech's software.

“The district attorney's office also told NPR that it launched its investigation due to a tip from Gregg Phillips, a prominent election denier associated with the controversial group True the Vote.

“Phillips has said that True the Vote's examination of Konnech benefited from information provided by followers of the far-right conspiracy theory QAnon.

“The district attorney's office had previously claimed that True the Vote played no role in its investigation, but now acknowledges that Phillips' report "did in fact result in us initiating our investigation," according to a spokesperson.

“A spokesperson for the LA County district attorney said in a statement, ‘Greg[g] Phillips' report to PID was the first step in a thorough independent and still ongoing investigation which ultimately led to the arrest and charging of Mr. Yu.’”

If I were an investigative journalist worth my salt...

I'd be digging into exactly what OTHER KINDS of key election data is transmitted over Konnoch's EMS platforms and apps like "PollChief" besides poll worker's PII.

After all, where does this confidence come from that the PII of almost two million US poll workers was the only US election data that Konnech transferred to China?

I'd want to know what else might have been sent to China, but hey, that's just me. 😬

Thirteen state AGs have sent a letter to Merrick Garland blasting the American Medical Association's call to "investigate and prosecute" critics of radical gender surgeries for minors.

J. Alex Halderman, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, claims to have identified a critical privacy flaw in the election infrastructure sold by Dominion Voting Systems in the United States.

"This vulnerability is a privacy flaw and cannot directly modify results or change votes. Nevertheless, the secret ballot is an important security mechanism, and some voters—especially the most vulnerable in society—may face real or perceived threats of coercion unless the privacy of their votes is strongly protected.

Many jurisdictions publish data from individual voted ballots, such as cast-vote records (the votes from each ballot) or ballot images (scans of each ballot). This data is usually supposed to be randomly shuffled, to protect voters’ privacy. The DVSorder vulnerability makes it possible to unshuffle the ballots and learn the order they were cast. This sometimes makes it possible to determine how specific individuals voted."

A few predictions for the coming weeks:

1. The media organizations that continue to defend Konnech & Eugene Yu will look incredibly foolish.

2. This is a much larger data breach than just poll workers or even election data.

3. You will learn more details about the magnitude of this data breach.

Durham getting it on the record that almost all FBI interviews with Danchenko were recorded without his knowledge and that the Special Counsel's Office has these recordings and there are transcripts of the recordings.

Doom on you, FBI.

Whatever they may have thought those recordings would be used for, I guarantee you the Crossfire Hurricane team never in a million years suspected these recordings would end up in the hands of a Special Counsel investigating them who would introduce them into public evidence in a trial.
Forwarded from Brian Cates (Brian Cates)
What will these recordings show, and what will Durham be able to show the jury from them? And enter into evidence for future cases?

That the FBI Crossfire Hurricane team

1. Never vetted any of these dossier allegations

2. Used the dossier allegations anyway and lied to the FISC and told them they'd verified them

3. Knew both Steele and Danchenko were paid operatives of the Clinton campaign

4. Danchenko had had an open counterintelligence case on him in Baltimore for engaging in attempted espionage

5. Made Danchenko a CHS anyway even though they were aware he was untruthful with them. And paid him $200,000 to lie to them.

6. Were aware Chuck Dolan was key dossier source, Danchenko lied to them about it, but they didn't pursue Dolan at all. [But Durham and the SCO did!]

Nice self own there, FBI!

The case Durham is building in this trial is damning.

He's demonstrating beyond a shadow of a doubt that

1. Nobody in the FBI ever verified the Steele Dossier or the allegations from it that were used for the Carter Page FISA warrant.

2. Along with the FBI never finding any corroboration for the allegations it used in the FISA warrant, Durham is repeatedly getting the FBI personnel to state that neither STEELE nor DANCHENKO ever provided any corroboration for these dossier allegations either.

REMEMBER WHAT DURHAM WAS TASKED TO DO AS A SPECIAL COUNSEL.

He was tasked to discover exactly HOW a surveillance warrant was granted to spy on the Trump campaign with FAKE ALLEGATIONS that came straight from the Clinton campaign's dirty tricks team.

He's at the point in building case where he's establishing that nobody involved - FBI or the people who provided the dossier to the FBI - could corroborate any of it.

The part where he makes the case that the FBI deliberately committed felonies in making false sworn statements in a FISA warrant to the FISA Court comes later.

Very likely in December or January.

Testimony from today, with FBI Agent Amy Anderson on the stand.

Right here you're going to see peak dishonesty in how the FBI personnel involved handled the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

Anderson's specialty is Russian disinformation coming from the Russian government.

She's given the task on the Crossfire Hurricane team of verifying the Steele Dossier.

The stage is now set for FBI Agent Anderson, intrepid investigator of Russian disinformation, to meet...THE RUSSIAN AGENT WHO WAS THE SOURCE FOR 80% OF THE STEELE DOSSIER.

Buckle up.
Forwarded from Brian Cates (Brian Cates)
Anderson wanted to open an investigation into Dolan.

But she wasn't allowed to.

Not only that, Auten and Helson wouldn't really give her any access to Danchenko.

They seem to have been deliberately keeping the Russian disinformation expert on the Crossfire Team who knows how to spot Russian agents away from the Russian agent they were using as their main source for their Trump investigation.

Danchenko's defense team is trying to sell the idea that Millian called Danchenko over a phone app and this is why the FBI could find no record of it.

Yes, Danchenko is still claiming he got the pee tape and well developed conspiracy allegations from an anonymous caller, though now he's claiming this call came over some kind of untraceable phone app.

Durham quickly shot this down.

Kash:
"The FBI met with Danchenko for three years while he was a confidential human source for the FBI. They could have been asking all these questions...they didn't want their investigation to be shut down....They failed on purpose to set forth specific questions because they knew the answers would kill the Russia Gate investigation...
That was their end goal. They engineered a crime and worked in reverse. And then they went out there and offered up bounties to people with information. It is a shocking abuse of the law."
