From that NYT's story yesterday admitting the LA District Attorney has evidence Eugene Yu was knowingly sending election data to China, I think this has been overlooked:

"The district attorney’s office said it was sifting through a trove of documents seized in its search of Konnech’s offices and Mr. Yu’s home last week. If those files reveal similar crimes in other counties, prosecutors could hand off the case to federal investigators.

More than 20 attorneys general, district attorneys and election officials have contacted the district attorney’s office over the past week, they said." [emphasis added]

Oh cool.

Durham's got it on the record now in testimony from FBI personnel that Igor Danchenko had been investigated for being a Russian agent by the Baltimore, Maryland FBI office.

Reading the transcripts now.

So...the Hillary Clinton campaign paid Igor Danchenko, intrepid suspected Russian agent, to help create a dossier accusing Donald J. Trump, General Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, Carter Page, Michael Cohen and several others of being...RUSSIAN AGENTS.

This is no longer a theory.

This is now an objective fact in the court record.

Tech billionaire Chamath says Europe is in an energy crisis because they listened to Greta Thunberg instead of Donald Trump.

"An entire continent essentially allowed a 16-year-old girl to dictate their energy policy. And when Greta Thunberg was able to shame an entire continent into walking away from nuclear and not really evaluating how you can have energy independence. What they did was they put Europe in an incredibly fragile position...

[President Trump's] language turned people off even though the message that he was delivering was 100% right. When Trump went to the United Nations, he was clear, he was precise, and in hindsight, and I'm saying this as a Democrat, he was right about the German reliance on Russian gas and the European reliance...

In all of our haste to overtly judge Trump because of his delivery and his personal style or whatever, we went toward this 16-year-old person who has no rooting in science or technology, to dictate the energy policy of an entire continent. I mean she was nominated for a Nobel Prize, just to remind you guys, this is how insane all of these people were."

Does anyone else feel uncomfortable with the fact that Eugene Yu, (who seems to have been caught engaging in CCP backed espionage), is on US government military defense contracts?

👆👆👆Given what I know from the research group I'm a part of [that can only publicly share part of what we've learned at this point]....

I'm INCREDIBLY uncomfortable with the fact that Eugene Yu and Konnech have been getting US government defense contracts, yes.

On Day One of the Danchenko Trial, John 'The Punisher' Durham showed up.

In just one afternoon, and with just one witness on the stand, Durham put the FBI on trial.

Through his questioning of FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analysts Brian Auten, Durham showcased the FBI's incompetence and malfeasance. He got admission after admission from Auten and was not only able to completely destroy the Steele Dossier once and for all, he made a feature of FISA abuse, and got Carter Page's warrant application entered into evidence.

In this substack, I take you through Day One of the trial in detail.

Give this QUICK Substack a share, highlighting some of the implications of the Eugene Yu and Konnech stories going around now.

This thing isn't limited just to pollworkers. If your kids' schools are using SchoolBrief, you also need to consider that medical records, school counselor records, etc may be at risk.

Read about it, then brush up on the details in Part One and Part Two of my series!

Trump-endorsed Tudor Dixon exposes Gretchen Whitmer's sick record of voting on abortion: "You should understand her position. It's extremely radical. it's abortion up to the moment of birth. She's already proven it with her record of voting. She voted 'No' on a ban on partial-birth abortion. That's how radical Gretchen Whitmer is on abortion... and she'll continue lying to you now."

So Gretchen doesn’t mind killing babies all the way up until birth and CLEARLY has no problem killing the elderly.

This woman should be in jail, not running for Governor.

Ironic that in the lawsuit against True The Vote, (which I had the honor of being included in), Konnech’s lawyer spells out exactly what Eugene Yu appears to now be potentially guilty of

“On Friday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Yu to remain in home confinement in LA and post a bond of $500,000. Though Yu's passport was already in the custody of the LA County district attorney, prosecutor Eric Neff argued Yu should be held in custody pending trial, because he allegedly posed an "extensive flight risk" due to his "deep ties to China." Yu's defense attorney disagreed, arguing that a combination of GPS monitoring and the payment of bond was sufficient. The defense ultimately secured Yu's release. He is set to reappear in court in November, where he will enter a plea in the case.
The criminal complaint says that the third-party contractors in China who were sent the workers' data also "assisted with creating and fixing" Konnech's software.

“The district attorney's office also told NPR that it launched its investigation due to a tip from Gregg Phillips, a prominent election denier associated with the controversial group True the Vote.

“Phillips has said that True the Vote's examination of Konnech benefited from information provided by followers of the far-right conspiracy theory QAnon.

“The district attorney's office had previously claimed that True the Vote played no role in its investigation, but now acknowledges that Phillips' report "did in fact result in us initiating our investigation," according to a spokesperson.

“A spokesperson for the LA County district attorney said in a statement, ‘Greg[g] Phillips' report to PID was the first step in a thorough independent and still ongoing investigation which ultimately led to the arrest and charging of Mr. Yu.’”

If I were an investigative journalist worth my salt...

I'd be digging into exactly what OTHER KINDS of key election data is transmitted over Konnoch's EMS platforms and apps like "PollChief" besides poll worker's PII.

After all, where does this confidence come from that the PII of almost two million US poll workers was the only US election data that Konnech transferred to China?

I'd want to know what else might have been sent to China, but hey, that's just me. 😬

J. Alex Halderman, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, claims to have identified a critical privacy flaw in the election infrastructure sold by Dominion Voting Systems in the United States.

"This vulnerability is a privacy flaw and cannot directly modify results or change votes. Nevertheless, the secret ballot is an important security mechanism, and some voters—especially the most vulnerable in society—may face real or perceived threats of coercion unless the privacy of their votes is strongly protected.

Many jurisdictions publish data from individual voted ballots, such as cast-vote records (the votes from each ballot) or ballot images (scans of each ballot). This data is usually supposed to be randomly shuffled, to protect voters’ privacy. The DVSorder vulnerability makes it possible to unshuffle the ballots and learn the order they were cast. This sometimes makes it possible to determine how specific individuals voted."

A few predictions for the coming weeks:

1. The media organizations that continue to defend Konnech & Eugene Yu will look incredibly foolish.

2. This is a much larger data breach than just poll workers or even election data.

3. You will learn more details about the magnitude of this data breach.
