Durham has to establish that Hillary Clinton’s campaign gave it’s private spies - federal cybersecurity experts with access to federal agency databases - an enemies list. The spies trawled the federal databases looking for classified/non public info that could be turned into attacks on Trump and his close associates.

The data stolen off the federal databases based on the enemies list that Hillary Clinton’s campaign gave to it’s private spies working as federal cybersecurity contractors with gov’t agencies was then used to construct two main Trump/Russia collusion hoaxes: The Alfa Bank Hoax and the Steele Dossier Hoax. Durham had to establish this is what happened. He had to lay out this part of the criminal joint venture because it is the foundation of everything that sprang from it.

Durham’s about to establish the other half of the criminal joint venture with the Danchenko trial. Because it’s extremely likely that some of the stolen data ended up in the Steele Dossier. And the FBI had to be aware of this. Just like they were always aware of the truth about Carter Page, but put in the FISA warrant that they had asked the CIA if he was an asset and they said no.

Nobody at the FBI was ever fooled or taken in or bamboozled by Clinton’s dirty tricksters. Every member of the Crossfire Hurricane team knew Carter Page was a long time CIA asset who’d just 2 years previously had been involved in helping take down a. Russian spy ring. They all deliberately chose to lie to the FISA Court in the Page warrant.

Durham has to do this backwards because if he had come out 3 years ago and instantly dropped indictments of Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and all the other major players involved, it would have led to a massive backfire. He can’t charge them, have them arrested, make them do the perp walk, have the arraignment, and then try to explain what evidence he has for these charges of theft of classified information, espionage and treason against the United States.

So he’s been using false statement charges to make the case first for theft of classified information, espionage, and treason before he charges it. It had to be done this way.
