After the June 3rd meeting, the FBI reached out to Secret Service to replace the lock.
That gives the FBI a 'credible source' to state in an affidavit that the security was insufficient.
Also, they discussed keeping the lawyers out.

Also, they agreed with Sen Cruz that the 7th Floor is celebrating this as a win while the rest of the country is horrified.
