This is what SAP is (the level of classification on the docs HRC had on her private server).

For example, I had TS-SCI clearance when I was in the Army.

That meant that I could be read on" to SAP or other compartmentalized intel (TS-SCI = Top Secret - Secret Compartmentalized Info).

The important part is that it merely grants the ability to be read on - not the ability to access all SAP & compartmentalized intel in the govt.

Guess what POTUS is allowed to be read in on and declassify?

This is absolutely correct. There are almost 40 levels of Top Secret clearances. The Q clearance (no pun intended) is the Dept of Energy clearance needed for work/exposure to nuclear weapons secrets. This clearance level is in the top levels. But there’s more: its not only enough to possess a Q clearance- you must also have a ‘need to know’ to legally handle/recover those documents. None of those FBI Pervs & Douchebags on that raid were sufficiently cleared to do what they are claiming.

Yeah, that’s right, readers: none of the pervs digging through Melania’s panties & bras or threatening Trumps lawyer & staff had this clearance.
