You probably saw the image going around claiming the shooter, Bobby Crimo, had this tattoo on his arm. That was false, and the image was put together by somebody on reddit. Maybe somebody saw what they thought is a rose on the shooters neck and got carried away trying to identify it? I don't know, but they were wrong. There's enough real evidence on that loon without needing to make up new stuff.
