I have been made aware that the Decertification Resolution which passed (at the RPSC caucus on February 5) by a 120-2 vote, is NOT included in the 6th District Resolutions which will be voted on next Saturday, April 2. 
 
We plan to propose this resolution from the floor and expect a battle to ensue!

Anybody still pushing “Don’t vote in 2022 or 2024 unless 2020 is reversed!” by which they mean they won’t vote and will encourage others not to vote if Trump isn’t back in the While House already, and/or all the election machines haven’t been abolished in their state yet? Clement’s new twist is to say patriots should refuse to vote on those corrupt machines. How could any self respecting Patriot child of God possibly endorse those corrupt machines by voting on them? Don’t let those infernal machines rob you of your precious voice! Save the sanctity of your voice and your vote by…well I guess by not voting. Because very few counties in this country are ditching the machines by this November. It’s a really clever twist I’ll give him that. Fortunately Donald J. Trump is already countering this vapid narrative at every rally he’s been holding. But you know Clements and Wood will keep trying.

I never knew that FDR served 3 terms and was inaugurated 4 times (dying just after the 4th).

Just putting that out there for anyone worried that a certain POTUS will only have 1 term to fix the damage that has been wrought of late.

Flynn Intel Group Business Partner Bijan Kian Granted A New Trial

(As first reported by Josh Gerstein of Politico): Bijan Kian of the Flynn Intel Group and former business partner of @RealGenFlynn has been granted a new trial related to FARA charges brought by the Mueller Investigation.

Judge Anthony Trenga stated in an extraordinary ruling,

"The Court finds and concludes that [Kian's] convictions ... were so against the great weight of the evidence that it would be unjust to convict him on either Count and a new trial is warranted in the interests of justice ... ORDERED that Defendant [Kian's] convictions ... hereby are, VACATED, and his renewed motion for a new trial .... hereby is, GRANTED"
