SDNY claims to be investigating 18 USC 873 - blackmail, 1952 - racketeering, and 2261A - stalking. Notably, SDNY drops all three of these claims by the time of their November 2021 unconstitutional raids on PV journalists. Seems their theories of the case aren't supported by the evidence... Shocking.
