Irreconcilable Differences: Study Determines Maricopa County Counted More Than 200K Mail-In Ballots with Mismatched Signatures
Dr. Shiva has completed a pilot signature verification study of the early voting mail-in ballot (EVB) signatures in Maricopa County, AZ.
He ran 2 experiments with 3 novice signature reviewers and 3 expert forensic document examiners and pooled their consensus views, i.e. the cases in which all 6 reviewers agreed that the signatures were a mismatch.
From this analysis, he determined that at least 12% of the 1,911,902 EVBs in Maricopa County had signature mismatches, representing 229,433 ballots that should have been “cured.”
In contrast, Maricopa County represents that no more than 25,000 EVBs (1.31%) had signature mismatches.
The 2020 election in Arizona was decided by 10,457 votes.
Dr. Shiva recommends an expanded study to confirm these findings.

I had a conversation with someone tonight that reminded me of this.
Doug Collins was put in charge of the GA effort for Trump after the election
Why did he cede that ground to Lin?
Why did Cleta Mitchell, Patrick Witt et al have to step up to file the case as volunteers.
I know everyone loves Doug.
But.
I was at an event at the GA GOP the night PA was called.
He spoke.
We never really heard from him again
Why?
Why was he not on the call with the SOS office with the GA GOP executive committee?
Was he on the call with Trump?
I dont know
Do you?
Like I said. I like Doug. But why was he MIA after Nov 8th?
Patrick keeps hinting at things, but won't call out specific people.
I just never understood why Doug was not more visible in GA after the election.

The difference is almost 300k votes.
