After we filed for dissolution of our company in California over a year ago, the state of California immediately came after us with a full blown audit and other extremely punitive actions. Even though we owed the state of California zero dollars, we have hired a legal team just to defend ourselves from the highly questionable assessments that were levied against our company.

This appears to be standard operating procedure as we know that Black Conservative Patriot and Dave Rubin have also been audited by the state of California for daring to move their businesses out of state as well.

This morning, without any notice, the state of California ordered our bank to seize all assets held under our company. This includes money that was supposed to be paid to both of you today.

Blue Monster Prep LLC will be fine, and we aren't going anywhere.
