The Underutilized Audit Tool: FOIA Requests

In a recent Telegram post, Brian Cates reminds us:

“Some people seem to think forensic audits are the only way to go to prove the election fraud. That's actually not true. As I wrote on my Substack, Delaware County, PA shows a much faster and cheaper way to expose the election fraud that doesn't involve getting permission from a governor, a state senate, or any politician whatsoever. It does not involve spending millions of dollars or assembling hundreds of volunteers.“

Jeff O’Donnell, who did an incredible job identifying and analyzing red flags in the Wisconsin voter file, has launched a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request campaign that is already beginning to see results. He’s urging more to join in:

“People... this is important. I asked you a while back to start FOIAing specific data from counties... We are now starting to see the fruits of our labor as I have been getting incredible data from numerous patriots... including a county in Cali that is validating some very important findings. Please please please if you havent done so, consider sending a FOIA or public records request to your county.

I can narrow down what you want to request:

‘I am requesting the full CVR (cast vote record) report for the November 2020 election in [name] county. This should include batch and tabulator information.’

ES&S has a standard report that does that. For Dominion you might want to ask for the standard per-batch results report as well.

Big things are happening, and I need your help to acquire the last few coffin nails.”

To begin, Jeff recommends searching for your county and state and the words ‘public records request’ or ‘FOIA.’ He notes, “There will be a procedure for making a request. These days many can be made on-line. Others you will make in writing. Be exceedingly polite. You do not have to give a reason. If you want to give a reason say ‘research on voting patterns in the 2020 election.’”

Things are heating up down in Georgia 🔥

John Fredericks and Vernon Jones discuss the bombshell report from John Solomon today that there is new video footage of over 200 activists dropping ballots into ballot drop boxes. Additionally, a Georgia man has come forward and says he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots and he is singing like a bird!

Now Raffensperger is reportedly about to issue subpoenas. This could be massive. Video evidence is pretty tough to refute.

Let’s see what happens.

Our former County Chair went to the local paper to express his outrage regarding the planned J6 prayer vigil.

His disdain for the current leadership team is evident in the interview.

He says we have 'systematically ruined all the hard work he did to build the brand over his four years'

He says that 'privately elected officials are telling him they are staying away from the Cobb GOP because it is toxic"

Lets examine these two statements.

Over his four years of leadership
1. The Cobb GOP lost control of everything except the school board.
2. During 2020, so many people called to volunteer to get involved and they were turned away. (I was one of them)
3. The committee inherited a mess of poor records and the team had to start from scratch.


Re our 'toxic' environment
5. The committee increased membership by almost 40% since Salleigh took over.
6. The team is engaging with our members and empowering them to serve with their talents and abilities.
7. Fundraising is up over last year
8.Almost every candidate has visited Cobb since Salleigh took over. (Exception is Brad)
9. We have many ongoing outreach events happening across the county to reach everyone.

Is the new team perfect? No.
Will they make mistakes?
Yes.
Will they learn from them and adapt?
Yes.

They fear her.
And us, because they lost control. They want it back.
Its not going to happen.

We are going to continue to build by winning hearts and minds to take back our county and save our state.
