### Technical Architecture & Guidelines

#### 1. Runtime Environment & Edge Functions
- **Runtime:** Deno / Supabase Edge Functions.
- **Self-contained Entrypoint:** Write the edge function in `supabase/functions/x-downloader/index.ts` without heavy external NPM dependencies so it compiles and deploys cleanly on Deno.
- **Webhook Non-Blocking Model:** When a Telegram update arrives via `POST`:
- Respond with `200 OK` immediately or utilize `(globalThis as any).EdgeRuntime?.waitUntil(promise)` to process media extraction and delivery in the background without causing Telegram webhook timeouts.
- **No-Verify-JWT:** Must be deployable with `--no-verify-jwt` because Telegram webhook web requests do not carry Supabase authentication headers.

#### 2. Media Extraction & Resolvers

##### A. X (Twitter) Engine
Implement a multi-tier fallback mechanism:
1. **Tier 1 (FxTwitter API):** Fetch metadata from `https://api.fxtwitter.com/{username}/status/{tweetId}`. Extract the highest bitrate MP4 variant or photo URLs.
2. **Tier 2 (Twitter Syndication):** Fallback to `https://cdn.syndication.twimg.com/tweet-result?id={tweetId}&token=4`. Parse `video.variants` for best resolution MP4.
3. **Tier 3 (VxTwitter API):** Fallback to `https://api.vxtwitter.com/{username}/status/{tweetId}`.

##### B. Instagram Engine (Reels, Posts, Carousels, Photos)
1. **URL Normalizer:** Match and clean URLs including `/reel/{code}`, `/reels/{code}`, `/p/{code}`, and mobile share links like `/share/reel/{code}` or `/share/p/{code}`.
2. **Scraper Pipeline (SnapVideo & FastDL Mirrors):**
- Fetch the session tokens (`k_exp` and `k_token`) from `https://snapvideo.app/en` or fallback to `https://fastdl.to/en`.
- Send an AJAX search POST to `/api/ajaxSearch` with `q = clean_instagram_url`, `t = "media"`, and `v = "v2"`.
- Parse returned HTML blocks (`<li>` / `.download-items`).
- Filter out thumbnail links.
- **Crucial URL Conversion:** Convert `dl.snapcdn.app/saveinsta?token=...` to `dl.snapcdn.app/get?token=...` to access direct CDN streaming.
- Identify media types (`video` for `.mp4`, `photo` for `.jpg`/`.jpeg`).

#### 3. Telegram Bot Delivery Rules
1. **User Feedback:** Call `sendChatAction` (`upload_video` or `upload_photo`) immediately to indicate processing.
2. **Single Video Delivery:**
- Use `sendVideo` with `supports_streaming: true`.
- If Telegram rejects direct sending (e.g. file size limit exceeded), fallback cleanly to `sendMessage` containing inline keyboard buttons (`InlineKeyboardMarkup`) with direct download links (`dl.snapcdn.app/get?...`).
3. **Single Photo Delivery:**
- Use `sendPhoto`. Fallback to an HTML message with direct image link if required.
4. **Album / Multi-Media Delivery:**
- Use `sendMediaGroup` (limit up to 10 items per album). Attach the caption only to the first element.
- If `sendMediaGroup` fails, deliver items individually.
5. **Standard Commands:**
- `/start`: Display an attractive welcome message explaining how to send links from X and Instagram.
- `/help`: Provide a brief tutorial on copying links and supported formats.

1. **Local Test Runner (`run-local.ts`):**
- Provide a Deno script that deletes the current webhook and starts long-polling (`getUpdates`) for rapid local debugging.
