He has a Telegram channel for selling forensic softwares.
One of his techniques to deceive people is as follows:
First, he makes a post on his channel about cracking a new version of a software (such as Oxygen 15.5.1) and puts another Telegram address in the post.
Then, whoever sends him a message to buy the software, redirects the victim to his second Telegram ID.
After taking money from the victim, he blocks the victim from his second telegram and publishes a post like this on his channel:
"Don't buy software from that Telegram ID, it was a fraud".
In this way, he not only steals people's money, but also tries to show himself as a trustworthy to the channel's members.
I have attached his chat with one of the victims who lost $150.
Note:
@SpyAndrae is changing his Telegram ID to not to detect him.
Now his ID is @DFIRteam
If you block him, he will not back to you even by changing ID
