Mental masturbation. When you tell other people your plans so you get approval and validation. But only do so to get dopamine. That then makes you less likely to do the task because you’ve already gotten rewarded from it. Better to stay quiet, do the task, then get dopamine.

In today's, time people need endless stimulation. They need someone else to make them feel good but it's their responsibility to stay happy. They shouldn't seek happiness from others. Regarding yesterday.
Sometimes you are so caught up that you can't even think beyond that. The world peace etc seize to matter when you are drowning and you are fighting to just stay afloat.
Maybe that's why I can't even focus on the protest because my mind doesn't have the capacity to cater to it. I am here to express what i am going through at the moment. But most creators are making content and that's the difference between musings and making content.
