for spying on the Army, BSF and Railways

Rauf, recruited by ISI, lived in Nepal since 2012 before illegally entering India and attempting to establish a permanent identity in Kolkata

He obtained forged Indian documents with a fictitious Topsia, Kolkata address

He collected intelligence on Army Eastern Command, BSF movements and railway infrastructure/operations, while attempting to recruit Indian nationals in Nepal

Another associate, Muhammad Izaz has been detained, from Topsia. Both were in contact with ISI operatives.
