AI-native fintech product building EMI and payment infrastructure for Europe. Direct connection to payment systems, licenses in EU and UK, launch in 2026. Stage where architecture, approaches, and product decisions are being defined.

Обязанности
- Development of the product core
- Financial backend: ledger, settlement, processing
- Merchant portal and internal systems
- Work on architecture and decisions that will become the foundation of the entire system

Требования
- Strong Senior Full Stack Engineer with backend-focus
- Experience creating production-ready products
- Ability to make decisions without detailed specification
- Ownership and self-driven
- Understanding of reliable product: SLA, fault tolerance, metrics, monitoring
- Use of AI tools in daily work
- Backend: Kotlin / Java, Spring Boot, REST API, PostgreSQL, event-driven approach
- Frontend: any modern framework (React / Vue / Angular)
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Будет плюсом
- Experience in fintech
- BPMN / Camunda, OAuth, integration work

Что предлагаем
- Remote-first, work in European time zone
- Location: outside Russia/Belarus, with residence permit (or in process)
- Compensation $5000–7000 gross, negotiable based on experience
- Minimum bureaucracy, work directly with CTO
