We have successfully conducted CPD awareness creation sessions and desk sensitization at the Welega University Institute of Health and Medical Science CPD center. We discussed why CPD is a requirement for license renewal and how to access the online platform specialty from WCEA. While we were there, the coordinators and higher officials treated us with warmth and commitment, which satisfied us.

የኢትዮጵያ ነርሶች ማኀበር ከመላዉ የሀገራችን ክፍል የተዉጣጡ አባላት እና የአባላት ተወካዮች፤አጋር ድርጅቶች፤ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ባለስልጣን ተወካይ በተገኙበት 57ኛዉን የጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ህዳር 03 ቀን 2015 አ.ም አካሂዷል፡፡ በጉባኤዉም የማኅበሩ የስራ ክንዉን ሪፖርት እና የፋይናንስ አፈፃፀም ሪፖርት ለጉባኤዉ ቀርቦ ዉይይት ተደረጎባቸዉ የፀደቁ ሲሆን ጠንካራ እና ደካማ ጎኖችም ተለይተዉ አቅጣጫ ተሰጥቶባቸዋል፡፡ አሁናዊ የነርሲንግ እና የነርሶች ተግዳሮቶች በጥልቅ ዉይይት የተደረገባቸዉ ሲሆን የሚፈቱበት አቅጣጫም ተሰጥቶባቸዋል፡፡ለመጀመሪያወቹ በነርሲንግ የፒኤችዲ ምሩቃን እውቅና ተሰጥቷል፡፡ ጉባኤዉም የተከለሰዉን መተዳደሪያ ድንብ በማጽደቅ፤ እና አዳዲስ የስራ አስፈፃሚ አባላትን እና አዲተር በመምረጥ ተጠናቋል፡፡
