Signs and Symptoms of Mastitis

ታዲያ ሁሉም የህፃናቱን ህይወት ለመታደግ ስለሆነ ወጀቡን በድል እንድሻገር ብርታት ሆኖኛል::
ደከመን ሰለቸን ከማይሉ የህክምና ባለሙያዎች; የህዝብ ግንኙነት ስራን በትጋት ከሚከውኑ እህት ወንድሞች እንዲሁም ቅን ከሆኑ ኢትዮጵያን ጋር ማገልገል መባረክ ነው::
ነገሩ እንዲህ ነው:- አንድ የስጦታ መርሀግብር የተከናወነበት እለት ጠዋት ላይ ጨርሼ ልወጣ ስል አንዲት ሴት ተከትላኝ ትወጣና በመርበትበት "እባክሽ የእህቴ ልጅ ከተወለደች ገና ሰባት ወሯ ነው የልብ ታማሚ ናት እናም ሀኪሞች የሷ ህመም እዚህ ሀገር መታከም ስለማይችል ባስቸኳይ ወደ ውጪ ሀገር ሄዳ መታከም ይኖርባታል ካልሆነ ህይወቷ አደጋ ላይ ነው ብለውናል እኛ ደግሞ አቅሙም የለን ስለጉዞው ሂደትም አናውቅም እርጂን" አለችኝ:: ግራ ገባኝ "የኔ አገልግሎት ማስተባበር ጉዳዩ ሰዎች ጋር እንዲደርስ ማድረግ ነው ስለሂደቱ ባለሙያዎቹ ናቸው የሚያውቁት" አልኳት:: "እባክሽ ገብተሽ ህፃኗን እያትና መፍትሄ አፈላልጊ" አለችኝ:: ወደ ውስጥ ስገባ እናትዬዋ አግዳሚ ወንበር ላይ ቁጭ ብላ ህፃኗን እያጠባቻት ነበር ደም እምባ ታለቅሳለች ቃላት ከአፏ መውጣት አልቻለም ህፃኗም በስቃይ ታቃስታለች:: እጅግ ልብ ይሰብራል 💔 እህቷን የህዝብ ግንኙነት ቢሮ ይዣት ገባሁ እና የጉዳዩን አንገብጋቢነት አስረዳቻቸው:: በሚከታተላት ሀኪም በኩል መፍትሄ እንደሚያፈላልጉ ነግረውን ወጣን::
የቤተሰቡ ሁኔታ ያስጨንቃል::
የህፃኗ አይን ይንከራተታል አንጀት ትበላለች! ግራ ተጋባሁ! በርከክ ብዬ እራሷን እየዳበስኩ በአርምሞ ፀሎት ወደአምላኬ አድርሼ አይዟችሁ የሚቻለውን ነገር ሁሉ እሞክራለሁ ብያቸው ወጣሁ:: ግን በደመነፍስ ነበር የተራመድኩት:: ወረፋ የሚጠብቁ ህፃናት ሁሉ እንዲሁም የእናቶቻቸው ለቅሶ ሁሌም ቢረብሸኝም እንደዚህ ደግሞ ጉዳያቸው አንገብጋቢ እና ባስቸኳይ መፍትሄ የሚሹ ህፃናት ጉዳይ እረፍት ይነሳኛል::
መንፈሴ ስለተረበሸ የዛን ቀን የነበረኝን ኝሮግራም ሰርዤ ወደቤት ገባሁና እመቤቴ ስእል ፊት ስቅስቅ ብዬ አለቀስኩ:: ፀሎት ብቻ ሳይሆን አምላኬን ሞገትኩት! ለምን? እነዚህ ለምን እንኳን ወደዚች ምድር እንደመጡ የማያውቁ ህፃናትን ለስቃይ ትፈጥራለህ ብዬ የማይሳሳተውን አምላክ ሞገትኩ:: ከዛን በኃላ ለቀናት እንቅልፍ መተኛት አልቻልኩም ነበር:: እነዛ እየተቁለጨለጩ መዳን እፈልጋለሁ እርጂኝ የሚሉ የሚመስሉ የህፃኗ ንፁህ አይኖች በውስጤ ታትመው ቀርተዋል::
ከቀናት በኃላ በኢንስታግራም አካውንቴ መልእክት አገኘሁ ተዋናይት አዚዛ አህመድ ነበረች:: "መሲዬ እዚህ አሜሪካን ሀገር የምትኖር አንዲት ጏደኛዬ ለአንድ ጉዳይ ልታዋራሽ ትፈልጋለች ስልክሽን ሰጥቻታለሁ እባክሽ አንሺላት" የሚል ነበር እሺ ትደውልልኝ የሚለው ምላሼን አስቀመጥኩላት::
የዛን ቀን ማታ ከሜኔሶታ ሄለን የምትባል ልጅ ደወለችልኝ:: ድምፄን ስትሰማ በስንት መከራ አፈላልጌ አገኘሁሽ ብላ በደስታ ነበር ያዋራችኝ::
ለምን እና እንዴት ለሚሉ ጥያቄዎቼ ስትመልስልኝ:-
" ይገርምሻል መሲዬ በፊልሞችሽና በምትሰሪያቸው ስራዎች እንጂ በአካል አግኝቼሽ አላውቅም::
ትዲያ አንድ ቀን ሌሊት በህልሜ መጥተሽ አንዲት ህፃን ታቅፈሽ "ሄለን ይቺ ህፃን ልቧን ታማለች የምታድኛት ደግሞ አንቺ ነሽ" ትይኛለሽ: "እንዴ? እኔ እንዴት ነው የማድናት እኔ ፋርማሲስት እንጂ የልብ ቀዶ ጥገና ሀኪም አይደለሁም" ስልሽ "በጭራሽ ካንቺ ውጪ ይቺን ልጅ የሚያድናት የለም" ብለሽ ልጅቷን ታሳቅፊኛለሽ::
ተቀብዬሽ ሀኪም ጋ ወሰድኳት ሀኪሙ ቀዶ ጥገናውን ካአደረገላት በኃላ ህፃኗ ተነስታ አልጋ ላይ ቁጭ አለች::
አንቺም "አየሽ ልጅቷን አዳንሻት" አልሽኝ
"አይ እኔ ሳልሆን ሀኪሙ ነው ያዳናት" አልኩ
"አንቺ ባትኖሪ ኖሮ ልጅቷ በህይወት አትኖርም ነበር" አልሽኝ:: ከዛም ልጅቷን በፍቅር አንስቼ ሳቅፋት ነቃሁ::
ብዙም ህልም ስለማላይ ከነቃሁ በኃላ ይሄ ነገር የሆነ መልእክት አለው መሲን ማፈላለግ አለብኝ ብዬ ወሰንኩ እናም አገኘሁሽ አለችኝ::"
ይሄን ስታወራኝ እያለቀስኩ ነበር::
የእግዚአብሔር ምላሽ አስደምሞኝ!
"ሄለን የሚገርምሽ ሰሞኑን አንዲት የልብ ታማሚ ህፃን ጉዳይ እረፍት ነስቶኝ አምላኬን እየሞገትኩት ነበር እናም ባንቺ በኩል መልስ ሊሰጠኝ ነው ማለት ነው" ብዬ የህፃኗን ጉዳይ ወደውጪ ሀገር ሄዳ ካልታከመች ህይወቷ አደጋ ላይ እንደሆነም ያለውን ነገር አብራራሁላት::
አጋጣሚው ደነቃት:: "ሁሌም ሰዎችን ማገዝ እፈልግ ነበር ሁኔታዎች አላመች ብለውኝ እንጂ::
የልጆች እናት ነኝ ይቺን ህፃን ማገዝ ባለብኝ ሁሉ አግዛታለሁ ምን ሁኔታ ላይ እንዳሉና የእናቷን ስልክ ላኪልኝ" አለችኝ:: ፈነደቅኩ! ተምበርክኬ አምላኬን አመሰገንኩት! ጊዜ አላጠፋሁም በሌሊት እህቷ ጋ ደውዬ የሆነውን ነገርኳት ተደሰተች::
በዛው ሌሊት የህፃኗን ፎቶና የእናቷን አድራሻ ላኩላት::
ምን ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው ግራ የተጋቡት ቤተሰቦች በሰዎች አማካኝነት ጎፈንድሚ አካንት ከፍተው 3500 ዶላር አካባቢ ቢሰበስቡም ተጨማሪ 6500 ዶላር ለህክምናዋ ማግኘት አለባቸው:: ለሄለን ነገርኳት ሁሉንም ገንዘብ እኔ እችላለሁ አለችኝ አላመንኩም:: እናቷ ይሄን ስትሰማ ሲቃ ያዛት:: በሉ በፍጥነት ፕሮሰሱን ጀምሩ ሄለን እዛ ያለውን ነገር ትጨርሳለች አልኳቸው የቪዛው ሂደት ትንሽ ዘግይቶ ስጋት ቢይዘንም ቆይቶ ተሳካ::
ሄለን ህንድ ሀገር ህፃኗ የምትታከምበት ሆስፒታል አድራሻ; የሚያክማትን ሀኪም ጭምር አግኝታ ስላለው ሁኔታ በዝርዝር አውርተዋል:: በሙያዋ ፋርማሲስት ስለሆነች በቀላሉ በሙያዊ ቋንቋ ተግባብተዋል:: ህፃኗ(ክርስቲያን) ነው ስሟ::
ከልብ ህመም በተጨማሪ (Down syndrome) አለባት:: ( it’s a genetic disorder) ህክምናው ይሳካ ይሆን? የሚለው ስጋት ነበር:: በመጨረሻም ጉዞ ወደ ህንድ ሀገር ሆነ:: እናቷ ደውላ መሲዬ ፀልይልን ዛሬ ነው ጉዟችን አለችኝ " እግዚአብሔር ይቅደማችሁ" አልኳት::
ከቀናቶች ክትትል በኃላ የክርስቲያን ቀዶ ህክምና በተሳካ ሁኔታ ተካሄደ:: ሄለን እያንዳንዱን እንቅስቃሴ ትከታተል ስለነበር እየፈነደቀች ደወለችልኝ:: ሰው በዚህ ደረጃ አንድም ቀን እንኳን አይቶት ባማያውቀው ሰው ይደሰታል? ምን አይነት የተባረከች ሴት ናት!!!
ከቀዶ ህክምናው በኃላ ለተወሰኑ ቀናት (ICU) ክፍል ነበረችና ስትነቃ ሌላ ደስታ ሆነ::

ከቀናት በኃላ በኢንስታግራም አካውንቴ መልእክት አገኘሁ ተዋናይት አዚዛ አህመድ ነበረች:: "መሲዬ እዚህ አሜሪካን ሀገር የምትኖር አንዲት ጏደኛዬ ለአንድ ጉዳይ ልታዋራሽ ትፈልጋለች ስልክሽን ሰጥቻታለሁ እባክሽ አንሺላት" የሚል ነበር እሺ ትደውልልኝ የሚለው ምላሼን አስቀመጥኩላት::
የዛን ቀን ማታ ከሜኔሶታ ሄለን የምትባል ልጅ ደወለችልኝ:: ድምፄን ስትሰማ በስንት መከራ አፈላልጌ አገኘሁሽ ብላ በደስታ ነበር ያዋራችኝ::

ተቀብዬሽ ሀኪም ጋ ወሰድኳት ሀኪሙ ቀዶ ጥገናውን ካአደረገላት በኃላ ህፃኗ ተነስታ አልጋ ላይ ቁጭ አለች::
አንቺም "አየሽ ልጅቷን አዳንሻት" አልሽኝ

ብዙም ህልም ስለማላይ ከነቃሁ በኃላ ይሄ ነገር የሆነ መልእክት አለው መሲን ማፈላለግ አለብኝ ብዬ ወሰንኩ እናም አገኘሁሽ አለችኝ::"
ይሄን ስታወራኝ እያለቀስኩ ነበር::
የእግዚአብሔር ምላሽ አስደምሞኝ!
"ሄለን የሚገርምሽ ሰሞኑን አንዲት የልብ ታማሚ ህፃን ጉዳይ እረፍት ነስቶኝ አምላኬን እየሞገትኩት ነበር እናም ባንቺ በኩል መልስ ሊሰጠኝ ነው ማለት ነው" ብዬ የህፃኗን ጉዳይ ወደውጪ ሀገር ሄዳ ካልታከመች ህይወቷ አደጋ ላይ እንደሆነም ያለውን ነገር አብራራሁላት::
አጋጣሚው ደነቃት:: "ሁሌም ሰዎችን ማገዝ እፈልግ ነበር ሁኔታዎች አላመች ብለውኝ እንጂ::
የልጆች እናት ነኝ ይቺን ህፃን ማገዝ ባለብኝ ሁሉ አግዛታለሁ ምን ሁኔታ ላይ እንዳሉና የእናቷን ስልክ ላኪልኝ" አለችኝ:: ፈነደቅኩ! ተምበርክኬ አምላኬን አመሰገንኩት! ጊዜ አላጠፋሁም በሌሊት እህቷ ጋ ደውዬ የሆነውን ነገርኳት ተደሰተች::
በዛው ሌሊት የህፃኗን ፎቶና የእናቷን አድራሻ ላኩላት::
ምን ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው ግራ የተጋቡት ቤተሰቦች በሰዎች አማካኝነት ጎፈንድሚ አካንት ከፍተው 3500 ዶላር አካባቢ ቢሰበስቡም ተጨማሪ 6500 ዶላር ለህክምናዋ ማግኘት አለባቸው:: ለሄለን ነገርኳት ሁሉንም ገንዘብ እኔ እችላለሁ አለችኝ አላመንኩም:: እናቷ ይሄን ስትሰማ ሲቃ ያዛት:: በሉ በፍጥነት ፕሮሰሱን ጀምሩ ሄለን እዛ ያለውን ነገር ትጨርሳለች አልኳቸው የቪዛው ሂደት ትንሽ ዘግይቶ ስጋት ቢይዘንም ቆይቶ ተሳካ::
ሄለን ህንድ ሀገር ህፃኗ የምትታከምበት ሆስፒታል አድራሻ; የሚያክማትን ሀኪም ጭምር አግኝታ ስላለው ሁኔታ በዝርዝር አውርተዋል:: በሙያዋ ፋርማሲስት ስለሆነች በቀላሉ በሙያዊ ቋንቋ ተግባብተዋል:: ህፃኗ(ክርስቲያን) ነው ስሟ::
ከልብ ህመም በተጨማሪ (Down syndrome) አለባት:: ( it’s a genetic disorder) ህክምናው ይሳካ ይሆን? የሚለው ስጋት ነበር:: በመጨረሻም ጉዞ ወደ ህንድ ሀገር ሆነ:: እናቷ ደውላ መሲዬ ፀልይልን ዛሬ ነው ጉዟችን አለችኝ " እግዚአብሔር ይቅደማችሁ" አልኳት::
ከቀናቶች ክትትል በኃላ የክርስቲያን ቀዶ ህክምና በተሳካ ሁኔታ ተካሄደ:: ሄለን እያንዳንዱን እንቅስቃሴ ትከታተል ስለነበር እየፈነደቀች ደወለችልኝ:: ሰው በዚህ ደረጃ አንድም ቀን እንኳን አይቶት ባማያውቀው ሰው ይደሰታል? ምን አይነት የተባረከች ሴት ናት!!!
ከቀዶ ህክምናው በኃላ ለተወሰኑ ቀናት (ICU) ክፍል ነበረችና ስትነቃ ሌላ ደስታ ሆነ::

አሁን ሄለን ቤተሰቤ የሆነች ያክል ነው የሚሰማኝ:: "በህይወቴ አግኝቼ የማላውቀውን ደስታ እንዳገኝ ምክንያት ሆንሽኝ" ትላለች::
እውነተኛ ደስታ በመስጠት እንጂ በመቀል ስላልሆነ!

እንዳንቺ አይነት ቅን ሴት በእውኑ አለምም ያብዛልኝ::
ወዳጆቼ የእግዚአብሔር ስራ አይገርምም?

ሌሎች ምስኪን ህፃናትንም በምህረቱ ይታደጋቸው::
የልጆችን ተስፋ ከማስቀጠል በላይ ምን ደስታ አለ?
