➡️ Here’s another perfect example of @DerekJohnson misleading everyone and why I say he is either a Fed Boi (an asset of the Deep State) or he’s MK Ultra’d, or he’s just a dishonest grifter (or all of the above.)

🙄 Derek claims to know and understand law, and in fact he throws around titles, sections, codes, statutes, etc like darts….the problem is, HE OBVIOUSLY DOESN’T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS READING.

Here’s just one example here in a recent post he made on X (pictured above)…

Like the true Statist that he clearly is, not only does he not understand or respect the fact that we are all protected by the First Amendment (including himself) for calling out hack job Patriot Mythology grifters on their bullshit, but he cites the Smith-Mundt Act as something to be used against anyone speaking out against his false theories.

First of all, if Derek knew what he was talking about, he would know that the Smith-Mundt Act is a prohibition on domestic dissemination of materials intended for foreign audiences by THE STATE DEPARTMENT, not private individuals. The original intent of this Act was that Congress, the media, and academia would be the filter to bring inside what the State Department said overseas.

And so it becomes glaringly obvious that…

1. Derek Johnson doesn’t even understand the laws, acts, codes, statutes, etc that he throws around…

2. His philosophical perspective that the federal government should come after anyone exercising their unalienable, God-given right of free speech and freedom of the press, should prove to you exactly who and what he is…a Statist…and possibly an asset of one of the Deep State three-letter agencies. NO WONDER HE BLOCKED ME AND REFUSES TO ANSWER MY REBUTTALS OR TO DEBATE ME ON A LIVE SHOW!

3. Not only does he clearly not understand the things he tosses around in such cavalier fashion, but he takes way too many things out of context (like the use of the term “continuity of government,” which was used in the video on his post here), and he is highly disrespectful to the Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our Declaration of Independence, and therefore the real Republic.

P.S. Derek, you wouldn’t be targeted if you weren’t misleading and Pied Pipering so many people into complacency when we have a very dangerous and serious situation in our nation right now. We don’t have time to sit around and trust your made up plan and do nothing…especially since your “plan” isn’t even mentioned one single time in the #Q drops, which is where you stole the idea to begin with.
