Dear Escrow Community,
Our last announcement was 12 days ago and we would like to update you on the current situation and the road to move forward on.
Some of you have maybe missed the discussions of those pasts days. The CTO and development team have been fired for many reasons. not being able to deliver any product after spending vast amount of funding and time is one of them. Others include severe wrong-doings in regards to funding allocation and of course the fact that for over 1 month 92% of the token supply is sitting in a private wallet, with no response from CTO.
At this point we decided to cut our losses, reduce the risk and move forward in the direction of what the project originally intended to be. A Community owned and governed fundraising platform.
The development of ESCROW Protocol is back on track ! Development will be in the hands of a team that is experienced and professional, with guaranteed delivery dates.
The current contract liquidity is controlled by Guillaume. A new contract is going to be deployed and all the investors will receive the amount of tokens they are eligible for. We'll communicate on the migration when the moment will come.
We are also excited to announce we are working on one of the core values of the project first : The DAO. This will be under development and introduced to you once ready. Much sooner than many of you might be expecting. We are talking under 2 weeks of development. This feature would be initially built as a stand alone platform and would allow ESCROW holders to enter the DAO and view a dashboard with the following features initially:
Main Dash - Basic overview of all sections
• Treasury - Able to view the treasury wallet and activities relating to the transfer of DAO monies
• Proposals/ Voting - View current proposals, create proposals, view past proposals and of course vote on on-going decisions.
• Project - View projects being worked on and their required funding / absorbed funding to date. Updates about the specific project or work task can be found on the internal message board.
• Members - View members of the DAO and their involvement statistics.
• Message Board - view updates from Escrow Protocol, Community Chat and voting discussions.
As you may see, a lot of changes are being done and more are planned. We will update the roadmap soon for all our investors to be able to understand where we are at, our priorities and next decisions needing to be made collectively as an Investor Community.

Going forward, the Escrow Protocol Project will operate as a DAO. This means the Community of ESCROW holders will have a democratic representation within the project, able to control funding & token allocations, project on-boarding and virtually any major decision to be made within the Community.
In order for us to gauge the activity of the Escrow Community, we are hosting a Poll to measure participation. This is crucial for us to determine the next steps forward.
