This is our weekly update:

Development:

We saw many questions about the staking.

We have currently in hand the V1 Staking contract for MATIC and for FANTOM network.
The contracts are being audited by partners, while we are queuing for a full audit with a renown company.

The contract work has followed:

- 1 month length staking 15 % APR
If term is respected, you will receive one NFT + your reward.
This NFT will be used as boost for your investment score and will allow you to have a better visibility on the chat, and greater allocation for the funding opportunity on the platform.

Our plan is to be able to deploy it with the redeemable NFT which is now in second round of phase test.
We expect to have it deployed through the next week. (+/-15 days)

What is the redeemable NFT:

For now, you are receiving your weekly airdrop by an automated batch.
Our key feature, the redeemable NFT will take the relay.

You will at the deployment at the platform, receive an NFT Loaded with your vested token.
Owning this NFT allow you to redeem yourself your weekly token.
If you decide to sell your NFT, you are selling your vested token.

Cool thing is the project will have to use this feature, and by doing so, that will trigger a burn of ESCROW token
The rate of burning will be defined with the first project launch planned for Q1 2022.

Our developers are currently working on a hybrid mobile version, that will be available at same time.
A second part of our developers are working on Staking V2 already to offer a multi tiered pool. (3 different term + higher APR).

We also started previous week a hiring process for the following position:

We have currently 4 projects that want to use our protocol, 2 from cryptosphere, and 2 from real world.
We will onboard them in Q1 2022.
Our strategy with professional partners is working good, and the flow of project is already gravitating around us.

@Ana_Olmeda, our PR & Marketing manager did work out with all our media and advisor partners great events:

- Ambassador program rewarding influencer, and people who bring to us project.

We do work around the clock to make great things for all of us and the progress are significant.

Some news concerning Marketing :

This week, we are announcing the launch of two competition made to attract new traders to the project.

- Trading competition, with 3500 USD worth of token. (Stable or Escrow)
10 days.

- Liquidity providing program competition.
6000 usd worth of token. (3000 in Escrow / 3000 on Usdc) This alone can bring you 400 usd of passive income!

This program will allow us to better understand our community and bound with them.

We started to organize the VCs introduction through NFT distribution and singular AMA with each of them.


Concerning the development :

The release is around the corner and could happen any time soon.

The 3 contracts named previously (staking ftm/poly, redeemable NFT) are still under security check, and we are waiting the green light from our highly experienced partner to use them.

We know that lot of you are waiting to stake their token, though the LP program has an insane return, some of our community member are showing nice reward however, we are working hard to offer that feature go you.

As said, contracts are ready, and being security checked. Concerning auditing, we will audit the platform fully before onboarding any project all the contracts.

These have heavy cost, and the onboarding time has been engaged while ago.

Meanwhile, we are progressing on :

We have engaged headhunters for our hiring process, since we are still looking for an additional Blockchain engineer (Solidity)

A big congratulation them, they will soon announce the achievement of their tech after 1.5 year of hard work!

With our compliance department, we are designing agreement for onboarding them, in order to be able to disclose with you some of them in the following week.

The Q1 2022 is our target to achieve that chunk and all the resources new ones will be affected to that task after the incoming release.

Our last announcement was 12 days ago and we would like to update you on the current situation and the road to move forward on.

Some of you have maybe missed the discussions of those pasts days. The CTO and development team have been fired for many reasons. not being able to deliver any product after spending vast amount of funding and time is one of them. Others include severe wrong-doings in regards to funding allocation and of course the fact that for over 1 month 92% of the token supply is sitting in a private wallet, with no response from CTO.

At this point we decided to cut our losses, reduce the risk and move forward in the direction of what the project originally intended to be. A Community owned and governed fundraising platform.

The development of ESCROW Protocol is back on track ! Development will be in the hands of a team that is experienced and professional, with guaranteed delivery dates.

The current contract liquidity is controlled by Guillaume. A new contract is going to be deployed and all the investors will receive the amount of tokens they are eligible for. We'll communicate on the migration when the moment will come.

We are also excited to announce we are working on one of the core values of the project first : The DAO. This will be under development and introduced to you once ready. Much sooner than many of you might be expecting. We are talking under 2 weeks of development. This feature would be initially built as a stand alone platform and would allow ESCROW holders to enter the DAO and view a dashboard with the following features initially:

Main Dash - Basic overview of all sections

• Treasury - Able to view the treasury wallet and activities relating to the transfer of DAO monies

• Proposals/ Voting - View current proposals, create proposals, view past proposals and of course vote on on-going decisions.

• Project - View projects being worked on and their required funding / absorbed funding to date. Updates about the specific project or work task can be found on the internal message board.

• Members - View members of the DAO and their involvement statistics.

• Message Board - view updates from Escrow Protocol, Community Chat and voting discussions.


As you may see, a lot of changes are being done and more are planned. We will update the roadmap soon for all our investors to be able to understand where we are at, our priorities and next decisions needing to be made collectively as an Investor Community.
