📌 What is a Private Group?
A private group, also called a dedicated escrow group, is an independent group created specifically for one-on-one transactions.
Each private group can contain only one seller and one buyer, and adding multiple parties to the same group is strictly prohibited.
❌ Why are multiple participants not allowed in a private group?
1️⃣ Using a USDT escrow private group as an example:
Financial risk: If one seller faces multiple buyers simultaneously, the transaction amount may exceed the escrow deposit, increasing the risk of default or loss.
2️⃣Operational confusion: In one-to-many transactions, transfer details can easily get mixed up. For example, the seller should transfer to A, but B sends an address at the same time, causing funds to be mistakenly sent to B, resulting in irreversible loss.

2️⃣ Dedicated groups are strictly one-to-one. Multiple buyers or sellers in one group, business outside the transaction rules, or attempts to divert to other platforms are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a minimum fine of 1000U charged to the deposit holder.
3️⃣ The group only contains the buyer, seller, and Tudou staff. If any member of a party absconds with funds, the responsible party will bear the loss.
4️⃣ USDT transactions are based on the actual amount received. The sender bears the transfer fee and miner fee.
5️⃣ All settlements during transactions must be conducted within the Tudou escrow group. Any private transactions are invalid and will be fined 5 times the commission, minimum 1000U.
6️⃣ ESCROWKEY cannot verify the fiat source of purchased USDT. Sellers must verify independently. ESCROWKEY only guarantees that sellers receive fiat currency and buyers receive USDT. Buyers must not use USDT for illegal purposes.
7️⃣ Once the transaction starts, both parties are deemed to agree and accept these rules. If the transaction violates the rules and causes disputes, disputes will be handled according to ESCROWKEY’s Dispute Resolution Principles and Arbitration Principles.
8️⃣ It is strictly forbidden to exploit ESCROWKEY rules for fraud, deception, or inducement. Once verified, regardless of the outcome, strict accountability will follow, with a minimum fine of 1000U, and in severe cases the deposit will be confiscated.
9️⃣ If a new group does not complete deposit on the same day, it will be reclaimed. If a group has refunded deposits and does not redeposit within 2 consecutive days, staff will clear and reclaim the group.
V. Refund Process for Dedicated/Public Groups:
1️⃣ After the transaction ends, the deposit holder may request refund. Both parties’ representatives confirm the transaction ended with no disputes, then the deposit will be refunded to the original deposit address after deducting escrow fees.
2️⃣ During the transaction, if one party does not confirm or respond for a long time without obvious disputes, an application can be made to the escrow team to publicly announce a forced refund deadline. If still not processed by the deadline, escrow will execute release of the deposit to either the supplier or demander. Any resulting issues are the responsibility of the parties. Future claims will not be handled.
3️⃣ For newly created deposit groups, if there are no disputes, no activity, or activity less than 2 hours, refunds can only be processed after 2 hours. Refunds are not immediate to avoid scam traps, and must be refunded to the original address after 2 hours.
4️⃣ Refund applications not made to the original address will be held for 24 hours before being processed (to prevent scammers from stealing accounts and requesting refunds).

A public group is an open trading group that anyone can join through a link or by searching. Multiple buyers and sellers can post their requirements or advertisements at the same time, and members are free to communicate and share information.
Ⅱ.Public Group Trading Standards
1️⃣ After joining the group, first confirm whether it is an official public group. You can contact @EscrowKeyA for verification.
2️⃣ Once verified as genuine, confirm the identity of the administrators in the group, recognize the group owner and agents, read the pinned trading rules, and check the group name status and deposit before trading.
3️⃣ Before trading, confirm if there are any unfinished transactions in the group. Before depositing funds, ask if there are outstanding payments, check the chat history to see if the previous user has confirmed receipt, and only after getting a clear reply should you proceed. (Note: If a transaction requires additional time to complete, the user must announce it in the group and inform later customers, and must monitor group activity themselves. If not announced in the group, consequences are borne by the user.) If you fail to confirm settlement and over-deposit, and the group owner runs away, the excess amount will not be compensated.
4️⃣ During transactions, all account details, addresses, and screenshots must be posted in the group. Sensitive information can be partially hidden with asterisks, with the full details sent privately. ESCROWKEY only guarantees transactions made in the current trading group. Private transactions or trades outside the group are at your own risk. Do not trust private messages — they are often scams. In case of disputes, private chat screenshots cannot be used as evidence.
5️⃣ After paying the group owner, you must post the transaction screenshot in the group for confirmation. Once confirmed, you must urge the group owner to credit promptly. If credit is not received and the group owner runs away, there is no compensation. To prevent over-deposit risks, stop other users from depositing before you receive your return and state that you have not yet been credited. If your messages or receipts are deleted, or you are kicked out of the group, contact dispute specialist @EscrowKeyA immediately and explain the situation (e.g., “This group did not pay me, deleted my messages, or kicked me out. Please handle this immediately”).
6️⃣ If you have not received your funds but see the group owner announce that a transfer has been sent, you must immediately raise an objection. Public groups process transactions in order, so until the current transaction is settled, the funds should belong to the current user. If the group owner ignores this, contact the trader or dispute specialist to explain (e.g., “I haven’t received payment, but the group owner claims it has already been sent”).
7️⃣ After receiving payment, reply in the group with messages like “Received” or “Cleared” to inform others that your transaction is complete, so the next user can proceed.
8️⃣ If the public group collapses (runs away), there are two cases:
➡️Funds received but frozen: Compensation will be at least 30% of the transaction, maximum up to 30% of the total deposit. (Frozen users must record an account-freeze video as required, otherwise no compensation will be given.)
➡️Funds not received: Compensation up to 70% of the total deposit will be provided to users who followed proper procedures.

9️⃣ Users who follow all steps properly and encounter an over-deposit runaway can be prioritized for compensation within the deposit. Users who did not follow the steps will share the remaining deposit proportionally. For a single over-deposit leading to group collapse, maximum compensation is 80% of the remaining deposit. Private trades that lead to a runaway are not compensated. Do not engage in private transactions. If a group owner encourages private trades, report immediately.
🔟 [Sealed Funds]: Pure funds-type public groups will permanently seal 10,000USDT during trading as compensation protection for frozen accounts.
1️⃣1️⃣ Special note: Public groups are for trading only. Advertising is strictly prohibited, violators will be blacklisted. All services in the group are provided by merchants. Only administrators marked as “Group Owner” or “Agent” are authorized to trade. ESCROWKEY only provides escrow service.

All coordination records must be shown in the group. Do not delete customer information. Violations result in a fine of at least 1000USDT and removal of permissions.

🔹 I. Group Creation & Deposit Refund Instructions
1️⃣ Before creating a group, review the Public Group Merchant Guide to understand how to manage and operate groups. Remind customers: never trust links sent via private chat — all are scams, block immediately.
2️⃣ Newly created public groups will be registered in the navigation 【@escrowkey1】. If not listed, contact a trader immediately.
3️⃣ After creating a group, add official staff as friends with notes to prevent impersonation.
4️⃣ Business staff must be acquaintances in real life; online contacts are not valid. If issues occur, the group owner bears full responsibility.
5️⃣ All admin accounts must enable two-step verification. If accounts are hacked and cause losses, the group owner is fully responsible.
6️⃣ Group pinned messages may not exceed 3. Official pins cannot be removed. Transaction messages cannot be deleted, and disputed users cannot be kicked. Violations will result in permanent loss of pin and kick permissions.
7️⃣ Group owners and staff may not change usernames unnecessarily. If required, it must be reported to a trader. VIP group owners must report username changes in advance so navigation contacts can be updated. If not reported and customers are pulled into fake groups, the group owner is fully responsible.

4️⃣ Merchants and staff may not promote other escrow platforms or non-platform groups/channels. Penalty: minimum 2000 USDT, up to full deposit forfeiture and permanent blacklist.
5️⃣ Malicious competition between groups is forbidden. Verified cases will result in a minimum fine of 200 USDT.
6️⃣ Kicking members maliciously before refunding deposits is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in full deposit forfeiture.
