Program changes: Thanks for all the kind emails from listeners outside of the UK, I know many of you love the great upbeat variety of music we offer during UK daytime hours, the playlist we offer is pretty unique and is certainly a refreshing listen, not only this but the vital audio clips in between tracks. With increases of listeners not just from the UK but also overseas, I'm pleased to announce from this Sunday the upbeat nature of the station will be going 24 hours. This however sadly means we will be losing the Chill show, however when I have time I'll produce special presenter led chill shows which will be available on Telegram. This also means even more upbeat tracks will be added to the system, new jingles and more variety of audio clips 24/7. Also by making these changes, we can incorporate Freedom Fighting business & community announcements. For those who will miss some of the Chill classics, you may just hear the more slightly upbeat ones during our normal show.

Sorry to announce that today, our app was removed from the Android Store. I'm sure you can all work out why this has happened, I've put the appeal through and should hear back within a few days. For those that still have the app installed, it still works fine but if you delete it or for new listeners trying to find us we're not available.

So sorry to announce Freedom Radio will be off-air for the current time, we will be reverting to an Emergency playlist shortly until further notice. I will keep you all updated in due course.

Update 5/8/21 at 21.28 - This evening we've had several coordinated attacks aimed at Freedom Radio including the Radio Station, Website and App. Due to this Freedom Radio will remain off-air until I can get a specialist to investigate and hopefully get us broadcasting again (They work Monday-Friday 9-5 - but are based outside of the UK), so I'm hoping by Friday 3pm- There is a small chance the software may reset at midnight and automatically sort the issues out. Several listeners have emailed me, advising that they have deleted the app. Please DO NOT delete the app, once we get the station on-air again the app will work fine, if you have deleted it and our appeal is not succesful then sadly you will have lost that app forever. The website is up and running again and this issue is now resolved. The request for the APK file has gone through and I'll update you once I get a response, the main priority right now is to get broadcasting again. I would request at this time please don't email regarding these issues, all updates will be published across Telegram and Twitter. I'm so sorry this has happened, it was to be expected at some point and for many of us we're used to seeing independent folk get silenced and banned from platforms. Thanks as always for your support, fingers crossed we can get this sorted asap. J. x
