Currently we are looking for following positions in Egypt:
Contract Type: Long Term Contract.
1. #Technical_Engineer.
- Responsible for preparing the risk assessment reports of buildings according to SBC and international standards and scope of IDI , CWI and general quality of construction.
- Issuing reports & documentation of findings and comments in accordance with the relevant local (SBC) and international standards.
- Review of design documents and assessment of existing buildings, writing of reports, and preparing of certificates/reports as per agreed standard and contract.
- Support, training, and development of his team with his operational/logistic/technical knowledge. Reporting to branch manager about relevant issues.
- Responsible for his team to follow TUV SUD RE&I regulations to maintain strict compliance of standards during inspection of buildings.
- Reviewing all technical documents and Communication with team, clients, and branch manager. First level of solving problems. Communication of problems to QA/QC and branch manager.
- Support branch manager for maintaining technical documents and reports for local accreditation audit.
2. #Structure_Engineer.
- Conducting a complete review of the structure design for different types of projects (residential, commercial, high-rise building …etc
- An excellent experience “7 years minimum” with design software ex: SAFE, ETABS, SAP …etc
- Ability to discover the weaknesses in the design and suggest a solution for the modification.
- Communication with the involved parties to give the findings in the design and reflect it in the risk assessment reports.
- Re-evaluate the design at later stages in case of design changes from the owner.
- Support and train current engineers by sharing experience and technical information.
