Study the documents of the project like drawings, specifications and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
Prepare packages of materials sent for subcontractors and suppliers for quotation.
Prepare queries and study responses of queries and take suitable action.
Responsible For collecting and reviewing site visit reports.
Estimate of direct cost.
Review vendors and suppliers and subcontractors prices to determine the best price and delivery date.
Prepare tender documents for civil and arch works such as buildings.
Dealing with subcontractors and studying their offers.
Preparing comparison sheet for collected materials and subcontractors offers.
Prepare list of consideration.
Prepare list of suppliers and subcontractors.
