About the Job

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide onsite support to end-users on ICT (Laptop, PCs, Printers, Scanners, Desktop applications, Storage servers) and basic network issues (LAN/WAN).
2. Follow up, as well as, close all the incidents/issues/requests accordingly.
3. Immediately report and support production by providing solutions when incident occurs.
4. Documentation and improvement on Standard Operating Procedures.
5. To assist in other ICT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation).

Job Requirements:
1. Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT, Engineering or related qualification.

About the Job

Primary Responsibilities:

A) Business Development and Sales Generation


1. To promote and market Thatz 2.0 core competencies in Business Solutions and Nextgen Enterprise ICT Services.
2. Responsible for business development, revenue growth, productivity, and profit of each customer engagement.
3. Implement sales strategy, identify new sales opportunities, and convert sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
4. Prepare proposals, costings, quotations, and presentation deck, as well as lead the meetings with customers to turn the business opportunity into sales.
5. Advise the customer on technology adoption and implementation strategy including architecture, integration, selection, and operation to improve the success of the customer’s business operation.
6. Manage and coordinate resources, as well as, meet contract obligations to deliver good customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop effective sales action programs.
8. Work closely with Channel Partners and Principals to develop and promote new products and services to existing, as well as, new clientele.

B. Customer Relationship Management

1. Establish and sustain strong business relationships between Thatz and the customers through informal meetings and networking activities.
2. Seek business opportunities from customers and fulfill their business needs promptly to convert them into sales.

C. Others

1. Strategize, plan, execute, and monitor/review/modify the business development and sales function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets ahead of schedule or on a timely basis.
2. Support regional business expansion plan, when necessary.

3. Able to work in non-standard working hours, including weekends, if need be.
4. Strong interest in providing business application technical support to corporate end users.
5. Basic understanding of business ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
6. Basic understanding of scripting software like PowerShell, Windows Scripting Host and KIX is a plus.
7. Customer-oriented, patient and a strong team player.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Able to multitask with minimal supervision.

Job Title: IT Manager
Work Location: Downtown, Singapore
Job Type: Permanent role
Salary: S$8,000 - S$9,000/ month

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Lead the local IT department managing projects and the daily operations on data centre, servers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, desktops and applications.
2. Design and implement network infrastructure and cybersecurity measures to meet new business requirements and applications. Perform server consolidation and virtualization to replace aging servers.
3. Liaise with potential and existing clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements so as to design and propose appropriate solutions.
4. Design and update IT policies and procedures, perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and baseline hardening to meet the requirements of SSAE-18 certification, global IT standards and clients’ cybersecurity needs.
5. Work with the Management and stakeholders to update the BCP/DR plan to meet new business requirements.
6. Provide 2nd level support for the team of IT engineers. Escalate issues to vendors for quick resolution, schedule monthly servers’ maintenance, deploy upgrades/patches for systems and applications, perform system and cybersecurity monitoring.

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or related qualification.
2. At least 5 years of experience in an IT Manager role.
3. Experience in managing internal and external IT security audits e.g. SSAE-18, MAS TRM, global audits, clients’ audits, etc.
4. Strong technical background in cybersecurity and network technology and management, i.e. firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, MDM, SIEM, routers, switches, antivirus, patch management, privilege access management, endpoint security, etc.
5. Proficient in Microsoft products i.e. Windows Server 2016/2019, SQL, Office365, migration & upgrade of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, etc.
