Данный материал – очередной пример остервенелых попыток очернить наших журналистов за правдивое освещение международных событий.
🔹То, что этим занялся госдеп – проявление трудноскрываемой ревности по поводу симпатии и доверия зарубежной общественности к работе российской прессы.

🔹Обратили внимание на активно педалируемые с подачи Соединенных Штатов откровенно вредные идеи установления ценового «потолка» на российскую нефть.
🔹Создается до боли знакомая ситуация: коллективный Запад, одержимый целью «удушить» экономику России, вводит рестрикции, ограничивающие торговлю дешевыми и при этом качественными энергоносителями. Тем самым дестабилизирует мировые энергорынки. Потребители пожинают плоды в виде скачков цен на бензин, электричество и другие необходимые для нормальной жизни товары. Все это чревато дальнейшим нарастанием социального напряжения. В то же время вместо искомого «разрушения» энергосектора нашей страны даже недоброжелателям приходится констатировать уверенную динамику его развития.
🔹Такое положение вещей вынуждает Вашингтон на «голубом глазу» декларировать новые задачи – не допустить дефицита российского «черного золота» на международных площадках, при этом максимально сократив нефтегазовые поступления отечественного бюджета. Для их реализации выдумывается антирыночная концепция введения предельных цен на энергоноситель.
🔹Затвердив волюнтаристскую «новацию» в послушных рядах «Группы семи», представители администрации уловками, а иногда и шантажом навязывают механизм ценового «потолка» «третьим» странам. Однако вместо иллюзорных дешевых ресурсов задействование подобного инструмента грозит лишь дальнейшим обрушением нефтяного рынка, который и без того с трудом восстанавливается после пандемии COVID-19. 🔹A painfully familiar situation is being created: the collective West, obsessed with the goal of "suffocating" the Russian economy, introduces restrictions that restrict trade of cheap and at the same time high-quality sources of energy. Thus, it destabilizes the world energy markets. Consumers are reaping the "rewards" in the form of price hikes of gasoline, electricity and other necessities for a normal life. All this is fraught with further growth of social tension. At the same time, instead of the desired "destruction" of the energy sector of our country, even ill-wishers admit the confident dynamics of its development.
🔹Such a situation is forcing Washington to declare with straight face new goals. Which are the following: to prevent a shortage of Russian oil on international markets, while minimizing the revenues of the Russian budget. To implement them, an anti-market concept for introducing a "price ceiling" for the energy carrier is invented.
🔹Having consolidated the voluntaristic "innovation" in the obedient ranks of the G7, the representatives of the administration, by tricks, and sometimes by blackmail, impose the idea of a "price cap" mechanism on the "third" countries. However, instead of illusory cheap resources, the use of such an instrument only threatens to further collapse the oil market, which is already struggling to recover after the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, it is under relentless pressure from lobbyists promoting a turbocharged "green" transition.
☝️For our part, we would like to remind once again: Russia will not sell oil at a loss. Russia is not going to work on non-market conditions. Our country, deservedly enjoying the reputation of a reliable exporter of high-quality energy sources, is always open to cooperation, but only on a mutually beneficial basis.

❗️Решительно отвергаем эту клевету, цель которой - дискредитировать российских военнослужащих, защищающих жителей Донбасса от развязанного Киевом геноцида. Наша страна неукоснительно соблюдает положения Женевских конвенций 1949 г.
🔹Для размещения беженцев, которые в результате атак ВСУ и нацбатальонов были вынуждены покинуть свои дома, создаются все необходимые условия. В качестве единовременной матпомощи им уже выплачено более 6,5 млрд рублей. По поручению Президента России В.В.Путина до конца 2022 г. на ежемесячные платежи будет выделено еще 10,5 млрд рублей.

More than 6.5 billion rubles have already been have paid in lump sums. They forget that the shooter, accused of killing 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket in May 2022, had the same tattoos.
🔹Very concise declarations regarding the blatant manifestation of radicalism in Buenos Aires show that Washington is not willing to draw inconvenient conclusions.
❓A question arises: how many more people around the world must be affected by the actions of Nazi ideology supporters before the US realizes its dangers and stops condoning the nationalists’ crimes. That is exactly what the US is doing in Ukraine where the Kiev regime fighters continue to intentionally exterminate the civilian population.

💬 Anatoly #Antonov: We believe this way of raising the issue is inappropriate. The US Side distorts the value of the arms control dialogue, including on the developing of a follow-on agreement to New START. The fact that in February Washington made a unilateral decision to freeze the strategic stability dialogue and is now imposing preconditions to restart it shows the US disregard for the NPT.
☝️At the core of the problem with resuming New START inspections lies the US anti-Russian sanctions policy that de facto prevents our country from conducting verification activities on the US territory. The interruption of regular air traffic between Russia and the United States, closure of airspace to our aircrafts by Washington’s European allies, impeding Russian inspection teams and flight crews from obtaining transit visas – all these issues need to be resolved for the verification regime to resume functioning in full.
🔹Also, we must not forget about the need to settle the remaining differences on the precautionary measures related to COVID-19 pandemic. Ensuring the safety and health of both Russian and US inspectors is our main priority.
🔹We call on the United States to continue the interaction through diplomatic channels – instead of feeding the media with misleading statements – in order to resume inspection activities as soon as possible and in conformity with the New START Treaty’s principle of equality.

The fact that in February Washington made a unilateral decision to freeze the strategic stability dialogue and is now imposing preconditions to restart it shows the US disregard for the NPT.
☝️At the core of the problem with resuming New START inspections lies the US anti-Russian sanctions policy that de facto prevents our country from conducting verification activities on the US territory. The interruption of regular air traffic between Russia and the United States, closure of airspace to our aircrafts by Washington’s European allies, impeding Russian inspection teams and flight crews from obtaining transit visas – all these issues need to be resolved for the verification regime to resume functioning in full.
🔹Also, we must not forget about the need to settle the remaining differences on the precautionary measures related to COVID-19 pandemic. Ensuring the safety and health of both Russian and US inspectors is our main priority.
🔹We call on the United States to continue the interaction through diplomatic channels – instead of feeding the media with misleading statements – in order to resume inspection activities as soon as possible and in conformity with the New START Treaty’s principle of equality.

🦠 The activity of the biological laboratories that has been intensified since 2014 and the so-called Ukrainian healthcare system 'reforming' programme implemented by the US have led to an unmanageable increase of hazardous and economically important infections morbidity.
◽️ After the unfulfilled promises of the collective West on NATO nonproliferation to the East, we are not entitled to believe in the bare assurances of the U.S. about the peaceful nature of the Pentagon's biological research.
❗️We have at our disposal the confirmation of Ukraine's request to the Turkish manufacturer of UAV Bayraktar dated from December 15, 2021, to equip this UAV with aerosol spraying systems and mechanisms with a capacity of over 20 litres.

The programme features over 70 business events, including panel sessions and roundtable discussions.
🌍 More than 4,000 people from 40 countries are expected to take part in this year’s forum.

💬 The main theme of this year’s Forum – ‘On the Path to a Multipolar World’ – seems particularly relevant and significant. The obsolete unipolar model is being replaced by a new international order based on the fundamental principles of justice and equality, as well as the recognition of the right of each state and people to their own sovereign path of development. Powerful political and economic centres are taking shape right here in the Asia-Pacific region, acting as a driving force in this irreversible process.
