🇷🇺 On December 12, 1993, the fundamental law of our country — the Constitution of the Russian Federation — was adopted at a nationwide referendum.

The Constitution possesses supreme legal force and direct effect, and is applied throughout Russia.

The principle of separation of powers and the federal system of the State are enshrined in the country's basic document.

📕 #IntrerestingFact: The Russian Constitution is composed of the Preamble, two sections, nine chapters, 137 articles and nine paragraphs of interim and concluding provisions.

📄 Article 86 of the Constitution states:

The President of the Russian Federation:

a) shall direct the foreign policy of the Russian Federation;
b) shall hold negotiations and sign international treaties of the Russian Federation;
c) shall sign instruments of ratification;
d) shall receive letters of credence and letters of recall of diplomatic representatives accredited to his (her) office.

The main copy of the nation’s fundamental law is stored in the Kremlin Library. When assuming office, the President of the Russian Federation takes an oath of allegiance, placing his right hand on this copy of the Constitution. The text of the 33-Russian word presidential oath of allegiance is as follows:

💬 In the execution of the duties vested in me as the President of the Russian Federation, I solemnly vow to uphold and safeguard human rights and freedoms, to honour and protect the Constitution of the Russian Federation, to preserve the sovereignty, independence, security, and integrity of the state, and to faithfully serve the people.

The role of international law as an integral part of Russia's legal system is particularly emphasised. Article 15, paragraph 4 states:

Universally recognized principles and norms of international law as well as international agreements of the Russian Federation should be an integral part of its legal system. If an international agreement of the Russian Federation establishes rules, which differ from those stipulated by law, then the rules of the international agreement shall be applied.

⚡️ The decision announced by the US Department of the Treasury on December 10 to issue a $20 billion loan to the bankrupt Kiev regime, to be repaid with proceeds earned from “immobilised” Russian sovereign assets, which have in fact been stolen by the G7 countries, is nothing less than common robbery.

The criminal legislation of any country that claims to be civilised defines robbery as the unlawful seizure of personal property by an organised group of persons by prior agreement. In plain English, the G7 has stolen Russian money as part of preparations to take over all Russian sovereign assets stored in the West.

This will not save the Nazi Bandera regime or help any G7 country, for example, Canada, patch holes in their budgets. At the same time, it has dealt a formidable blow at the US-controlled global financial system, which is based on the dollar as a global reserve currency and an international settlement instrument.

The fiercely Russophobic Biden administration is trying to impose as many anti-Russia sanctions as possible before it transfers power to Donald Trump on January 20, 2025, completely disregarding the growing state debt, the huge financial bubbles, and the falling standards of living, which was the main reason behind the Democrats’ defeat at the November elections.

☝️ Washington is clearly unable to stop Russia’s development or inflict a “strategic defeat” on Moscow with the help of its Kiev puppets. This is evident from the pace of the special military operation. Such schemes are doomed to failure.

No pseudo-legal tricks garnished with hypocrisy and double standards will remain unanswered. Russia has the possibilities and instruments to reciprocate, confiscating Western assets within its jurisdiction and using them to build up its industrial potential and implement infrastructure projects in Russian regions.

❗️ The theft of Russian assets will backfire at the US and its satellites by further destabilising the departing “rules-based world order.”
