💬 Anatoly Antonov: In America, not a day goes by without blaming our country for all the sins. Without fact-checking and presenting evidence.
📌 In the West the population is objectively growing tired of the burden of financing Ukraine. This is not an invention of Russian propaganda. Ordinary Americans do not understand why they have to work hard and pay taxes, which will then be used to financially and militarily "pump up" a distant Eastern European country. In the United States there is a pile of acute socio-economic problems. For many politicians and ordinary citizens this is the main concern.
❗️The ruling class in America does not recognize the fallacy of its policy towards Russia after the collapse of the USSR. No wonder that Mr. Turner lashed out with fierce criticism at fellow party members who dared to mention the expansion of NATO as the root cause of the Russian special military operation. It is obvious that Washington's "hawks" do not need an end to the conflict, but the exhaustion of our country, even at the cost of the death of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians. Or better yet, the disappearance of the Russian Federation from the geopolitical map of the world.
👉Hence all these fictions that after Ukraine, Russia will inevitably attack the NATO countries. Everything that does not fit into this picture is discarded and declared disinformation.
✊ We will continue to defend the truth. If the truth destroys stereotypes that are convenient and beneficial for the US authorities, this is not our problem. Washington's painful reaction to such work speaks only about its effectiveness.

💬 А.И.Антонов: Администрация давно вынашивает планы покончить с российским экспортом энергоресурсов, в том числе природного газа. Ввела бесконечное множество санкций. Вот почему нынешние заявления здешних чиновников предсказуемы и идут в русле стратегической линии официального Вашингтона.
👉 Здешние русофобы делают максимум возможного для снижения доходов российского бюджета. Ратуют за энергонезависимость сателлитов. Однако в действительности США пытаются обеспечить конкурентные преимущества для собственных производителей. «Подсадить» союзников и нуждающиеся в углеводородах страны Глобального Юга на американское, куда более дорогое топливо. То есть речь идет о банальном торгашестве, помноженном на неоколониальные устремления.
☝️ Американские угрозы могут указывать и на куда более безрассудные расчеты. Достаточно вспомнить, как после неоднократных обещаний покончить с «Северными потоками» российские подводные трубопроводы оказались взорваны в ходе теракта. Причем его расследование всячески затягивается западными столицами. Видимо, есть что скрывать.

💬 Anatoly Antonov: U.S. Administration has long been hatching plans to put an end to Russian exports of energy resources, inter alia natural gas. It introduced an endless number of sanctions. That is why the current statements of local politicians are predictable, and are in line with strategic course of official Washington.
👉 Local Russophobes are doing everything possible to reduce Russian budget revenues. They advocate for the energy independence of satellites. However, in reality, the United States is trying to provide a competitive advantage for its own producers. “Hook” allies and countries in the Global South, that need hydrocarbons, on American, much more expensive fuel. In other words, we are talking about a blatant thirst for profit, multiplied by neocolonial aspirations.
☝️ Threats from the American side may also point to far more reckless ideas. Suffice it to recall how, after repeated promises to put an end to Nord Stream pipelines, Russian underwater gas infrastructure was blown up in a terrorist attack. Moreover, the investigation is being delayed in every possible way by Western capitals. Apparently, there is something to hide.

The Chinese leader welcomed Sergey Lavrov’s arrival in Beijing as an important step of comprehensive preparations for President of Russia Vladimir Putin’s state visit to China, scheduled to take place this year.
Xi Jinping praised the current state of bilateral relations, which continue to develop dynamically considering the difficult situation in the world, and stated his readiness to further strengthen comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation with Russia.

During Sergey Lavrov’s talks with Wang Yi, the schedule of bilateral contacts at the high and highest levels was discussed, as well as separate issues of practical cooperation in various fields.
The two countries’ Foreign Ministers stressed the importance to promote mutual cooperation with the #UN, #SCO, #BRICS, #G20, #APEC and other multilateral mechanisms and forums. The Ministers also discussed ways to ensure security and stability in the Asia-Pacific regions considering the US’s policy to create limited-membership closed military-political alliances there, which are anti-Russia and anti-China.
Separate matters related to the developments around the Korean peninsula and Taiwan, as well as within the Middle Eastern settlement process, were discussed, as well as prospects of forming new security architecture in Eurasia against the backdrop of stagnating Euro-Atlantic mechanisms.

Как Вы могли бы прокомментировать рассуждения законодателей и чиновников госдепа о необходимости демократизации нашей страны, «смены элит» и освобождения «политзаключенных»?
💬 А.И.Антонов: Мы требуем прекратить попытки вмешательства в наши внутренние дела. Как нам жить, определимся сами. Все это - часть гибридной войны. Задача понятна: разрушить единство российского общества. Применить набивший оскомину принцип «разделяй и властвуй».
👉 Вашингтону давно пора отказаться от ханжества. Хватит апеллировать к ценностям свободы, права и справедливости. Авторитет Америки как цитадели демократии сильно потускнел.
☝️ Местным политикам и чиновникам следовало бы перестать пиариться за счет шельмования России. Вместо этого заняться работой над чаяниями и надеждами на перемены американского народа.

💬 Anatoly Antonov: We demand to stop the attempts to interfere in our internal affairs. We will decide for ourselves how to live our lives. All this is part of hybrid warfare. The task is clear: to destroy the unity of Russian society. Apply the well-worn «divide and conquer» principle.
👉 It is high time for Washington to abandon its sanctimony. Stop appealing to the values of freedom, law and justice. America's credibility as a citadel of democracy has waned badly.
☝️ Local politicians and officials should stop promoting themselves by defaming Russia. But work on the aspirations and hopes for change of the American people instead.

🕯 Фашистская оккупация города продолжалась 907 дней. За это время в Одессе и области погибло около 200 тыс. человек, многие из них стали жертвами массовых кровавых расправ и жестоких казней. 78 тыс. человек были угнаны на принудительные работы в Германию, уничтожены заводы и фабрики, взорваны и сожжены более 2 тыс. зданий, включая больницы и школы.
Отступая, немецкие и румынские солдаты расстреливали на улицах стариков, женщин и детей, минировали наиболее значимые здания, заводы, электростанцию, морской порт.
⚔️ Советские войска нанесли сокрушительное поражение противнику, потерявшему свыше 27 тыс. человек убитыми и более 11 тыс. пленными, 952 орудия, 443 танка и штурмовых орудия, 95 складов с боеприпасами и продовольствием.
Благодаря освобождению Одессы Красной армии удалось прервать снабжение Крымской группировки немецких войск и открыть путь для дальнейшего наступления в направлении Балкан.
В течение всего времени оккупации упорное сопротивление гитлеровцам оказывали местные жители, которые после захвата города ушли в катакомбы. За время войны одесские подпольщики и партизаны уничтожили свыше пяти тысяч вражеских солдат и офицеров, 248 автомашин, спасли от угона в Германию около 20 тыс. советских граждан.
Освобождение Одессы было отмечено в Москве 24 залпами из 324 артиллерийских орудий.
🎖 27 соединениям и частям, наиболее отличившимся в ходе операции, было присвоено почётное наименование Одесских. За героизм и отвагу, проявленные в боях за город, 14 человек были удостоены звания Героя Советского Союза, более двух тыс. человек награждены орденами и медалями СССР.
1 мая 1945 года Одесса была объявлена городом-героем, а 8 мая 1965 года получила это звание официально.

🕯 The Nazi occupation of the city lasted 907 days. During this period, approximately 200,000 people died in Odessa and in the region. Many of them fell victim to mass bloody massacres and brutal executions. About 78,000 people were deported to Germany for forced labour; plants and factories were destroyed; and over 2,000 buildings, including hospitals and schools, were blown up or burned down.
During their retreat, German and Romanian troops shot at ordinary people, including the elderly, women and children and mined the most important buildings, plants, the power station and the seaport.
⚔️ The Red Army inflicted a crushing defeat on the enemy with over 27,000 soldiers and officers killed and more than 11,000 taken prisoner. The enemy also lost 952 artillery pieces, 443 tanks and assault guns, and 97 ammunition and food depots.
The liberation of Odessa by the Red Army disrupted supplies to the German army group in Crimea and opened the way to an offensive towards the Balkans.
During the entire period of occupation, local citizens resisted the Nazis. After the city was captured, they went into catacombs. During the war, Odessa underground fighters and partisans destroyed over 5,000 enemy soldiers and officers, 248 motor vehicles, and saved about 20,000 Soviet citizens from being forcibly exported to Germany.
In honour of the liberation of Odessa, 324 artillery pieces made 24 salvoes in Moscow.
🎖 The honorable title of Odessa units was conferred on 27 formations and units that distinguished themselves during the operation. The title of Hero of the Soviet Union was awarded to 14 people and over 2,000 people received Soviet orders and medals.
On May 8, 1965, Odessa was officially declared Hero City.

• По нашей инициативе в самое ближайшее время созывается внеочередная сессия Совета управляющих МАГАТЭ. Вопрос об украинских атаках на станцию будет также поставлен в ходе брифинга СБ ООН. Намерены добиваться от профильных международных организаций честного признания происходящего не только вокруг ЗАЭС.

• Международный Суд фактически подтвердил, что агрессивные действия Киева против Донецка и Луганска изначально были основаны на лжи.
• Европейские социальные службы буквально воруют украинских детей, под разными предлогами насильно забирая их у родителей. В адрес российских дипломатов за рубежом продолжают поступать обращения граждан Украины, отчаявшихся вернуть своих детей, отобранных соцслужбами стран ЕС.

• Страны Запада, прикрываясь лозунгами о защите «демократических ценностей», используют информационно-коммуникационные технологии в качестве одного из инструментов развязанной против России гибридной войны.
