☝️ Отмечено, что стороны продолжают поступательно наращивать практическое сотрудничество и внешнеполитическую координацию в русле договоренностей, достигнутых главами двух государств.
❗️ Подчеркнута необходимость поддержания асеаноцентричной архитектуры безопасности в свете усиливающейся активности США и их сателлитов по созданию узкоблоковых структур в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе.
Главы внешнеполитических ведомств России и Китая обсудили ряд актуальных проблем региональной и международной повестки дня. Министры высоко оценили двустороннее взаимодействие на площадке ООН, рассмотрели вопросы реформирования Всемирной организации. Подтверждено стремление к дальнейшему расширению сотрудничества в форматах БРИКС и РИК.

🇷🇺🇰🇭 Министры иностранных дел Российской Федерации и Королевства Камбоджа провели плодотворные переговоры в Пномпене 5 августа 2022 года.
🤝 Они договорились способствовать дальнейшему развитию давних и проверенных временем дружеских связей и взаимной поддержки между Российской Федерацией и Королевством Камбоджа в соответствии с основополагающими принципами и чаяниями народов обеих стран.
Россия и Камбоджа будут поддерживать и наращивать политический диалог, регулярные контакты между правительствами, парламентами, местными властями и политическими партиями.
Они будут расширять взаимовыгодное партнерство в сферах торговли и инвестиций, науки и технологий, образования и культуры, обороны и безопасности, создавая благоприятные условия для деятельности организаций и компаний во всех сферах.
☝️ Россия и Камбоджа будут и впредь уважать законные интересы друг друга в рамках двусторонних отношений, а также на региональных и международных площадках.

✅ The Russia - ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting co-chaired by the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Cambodia showed that the Russia - ASEAN strategic partnership is unaffected by the geopolitical environment.

🇷🇺🤝🇨🇳 I am sure that our strategic partnership is a motivating force behind the movement for the priority of international law over the “rules” invented by the United States and its satellites. The matter concerns above all international law, beginning with the UN Charter and its fundamental principle of the sovereign equality of states. The United States is violating this principle everywhere every day. We must respond to that.

☝️ The two ministers expressed their satisfaction with the momentum Russia and China have generated in promoting their relations, which have been immune to external developments. They noted the consistency with which the two countries have been stepping up their practical cooperation and foreign policy coordination in keeping with the agreements reached by their respective heads of state.

🔸 Сегодня было немало «искрящих» заявлений, прежде всего, по поводу происходящего в районе Тайваньского пролива после визита спикера Палаты представителей Конгресса США Н.Пелоси. Прозвучали достаточно острые комментарии наших китайских партнеров, которых мы поддерживаем.

‼️ Возмущены недружественными действиями властей Греции, которые под нажимом США, развернувших настоящую охоту за российскими гражданами в третьих странах под надуманными предлогами, выдали нашего соотечественника А.В.Винника на расправу американской карательной юстиции.
В нарушение статьи 36 Венской конвенции о консульских сношениях 1963 г. и вопреки официальному обращению Посольства России в Афинах к россиянину не допустили консульских работников диппредставительства, его адвоката и переводчика.
☝️ Россия не бросит в беде своего гражданина. Российские дипломаты сделают все возможное для защиты его законных прав и интересов.

💬 А.И.#Антонов: Попытки переложить всю ответственность на Россию абсурдны. Как всегда - много лжи. Заявления непрофессиональны, без должного анализа и понимания ситуации, а точнее желания разобраться в существе проблемы.
🔹Текущая ситуация с дефицитом агропродукции сложилась в связи с целым рядом факторов. Это последствия пандемии, перебои в цепочках поставок, инфляция, ускорившаяся урбанизация, накопившаяся «усталость» почв, изменение климата.
🔹Отдельное место в этом ряду занимает «массив» незаконных антироссийских санкций. Ограничения намеренно составлены так, чтобы запутать и запугать зарубежные компании, максимально осложнить их сотрудничество с российскими предприятиями.
🔹Несмотря на это, наша страна продолжает прилагать усилия для укрепления продовольственной безопасности. С 2003 г. мы делаем взносы в фонд Всемирной продовольственной программы ООН. Выступаем в качестве надежного и ответственного поставщика продукции на мировой аграрный рынок. Активно работаем с иностранными коллегами. В ходе недавнего турне Министра иностранных дел С.В.Лаврова по странам Африки наши партнеры подтвердили насыщенный, взаимовыгодный и плодотворный характер встреч. Напомню, речь о таких государствах, как Египет, Республика Конго, Уганда, Эфиопия.
🔹Вашингтон же, похоже, так и не смог смириться со своим отсутствием среди участников четырехсторонней инициативы по безопасной транспортировке зерна и продовольствия из портов Украины от 22 июля. Показательно, что о подписании в тот же день меморандума между Россией и ООН по содействию экспорту российской агропродукции американские официальные лица вообще предпочитают не говорить.
🔹Co своей стороны можем только приветствовать возобновление сельскохозяйственных отгрузок по Черному морю. Надеемся, что украинская сторона и ее кураторы на Западе не будут пытаться подорвать этот процесс. Перестанут строить из себя «святош», когда речь заходит о приоритетности поставок голодающим развивающимся странам. В конце концов, насколько известно, два из трех вышедших сегодня утром из украинских гаваней сухогрузов направляются в Европу.

🔹A separate place in this row takes the "array" of illegal anti-Russian sanctions. The restrictions are deliberately designed to confuse and intimidate foreign companies and complicate their cooperation with Russian enterprises as much as possible.
🔹Despite this, our country continues to make efforts to strengthen food security. Since 2003, we have been making contributions to the fund of the UN World Food Program. We act as a reliable and responsible supplier of products to the world agricultural market. We are actively working with foreign colleagues. During Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's recent tour to African countries, our partners confirmed the rich, mutually beneficial and fruitful nature of the meetings. Let me remind you, we are talking about such states as Egypt, the Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Ethiopia.

🔹For our part, we can only welcome the resumption of agricultural shipments across the Black Sea. We hope that the Ukrainian side and its curators in the West will not try to undermine this process as well as they will stop pretending to be "saints" when it comes to prioritizing supplies to starving developing countries. After all, as far as we know, two of the three dry cargo ships that left Ukrainian harbors this morning are heading to Europe.

6 августа 1945 года США впервые в истории человечества применили ядерное оружие в боевых условиях, фактически испытав его эффективность на гражданском населении.
Около 8 часов утра самолёт ВВС США Enola Gay сбросил над городом бомбу «Малыш», разорвавшуюся в 576 метрах над поверхностью земли. В первые же минуты жертвами взрыва стали почти 80 тыcяч человек, ещё десятки тысяч погибли от его последствий. Почти невозможно подсчитать, сколько людей впоследствии пострадали в результате лучевой болезни.

В ходе обмена мнениями по ключевым проблемам международной и региональной повестки дня российской стороной сделан акцент на устойчивых тенденциях формирования многополярного мироустройства, базирующегося на принципах единой и неделимой безопасности, необходимости консолидации усилий в противодействии растущим рискам в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе, в том числе в контексте провоцирования Западом глобального кризиса в продовольственной и энергетической сферах.
☝️ Особое внимание в выступлениях С.В.Лаврова в проекции на АТР было уделено деструктивным последствиям планов глобализации деятельности НАТО и усиливающихся процессов милитаризации региона, в том числе с форсированным строительством военно-технологической инфраструктуры на платформе АУКУС (США-Великобритания-Австралия).

💬 И.С.Вишневецкий: Прямо во время нашего заседания приходят тревожные вести о ситуации на Запорожской АЭС.
Буквально два часа назад украинские вооруженные силы обстреляли ЗАЭС артиллерией крупного калибра. Снаряды попали в объект, с которого ведется распределение электроэнергии на станцию, что чревато ее обесточиванием.
Исходя из информации, которую мы получаем в режиме реального времени, на место пожара не могут прибыть ремонтные бригады, потому что вероятность артиллерийского обстрела сохраняется.

Если авария произойдет, она будет сродни Чернобыльской. Европейские государства эта ситуация касается в первую очередь.
В связи с этим, мы бы хотели обратиться к международным организациям – ООН, МАГАТЭ, – а также к странам, которые имеют влияние на киевский режим, чтобы они предприняли действия, чтобы обстрелы АЭС немедленно прекратились. Иначе последствия этого предсказать будет трудно.
Буквально два часа назад украинские вооруженные силы обстреляли ЗАЭС артиллерией крупного калибра. Снаряды попали в объект, с которого ведется распределение электроэнергии на станцию, что чревато ее обесточиванием.
Исходя из информации, которую мы получаем в режиме реального времени, на место пожара не могут прибыть ремонтные бригады, потому что вероятность артиллерийского обстрела сохраняется.

🎙 Following international consultations, the Presidents of the two countries adopted a Joint Statement.

In this regard, I would like to note that TurkStream, the construction of which we completed some time ago, is today one of the most important routes for supplying Europe with Russian gas.
TurkStream, unlike all other directions of our hydrocarbon supplies to Europe, is operating well, smoothly, and without failure. I do not mean only deliveries to consumers in Turkiye, but, let me repeat, also to consumers in Europe.
☝️ I believe that our European partners should be grateful to Turkiye for ensuring the continuous transit of gas to their markets.

❗️ We are indignant at the unfriendly actions of the Greek authorities, which have extradited our compatriot Alexander Vinnik to face the punitive US justice system.They did this under pressure from the United States as it hunts down Russian citizens under far-fetched pretexts in third countries.
The Russian citizen was arrested over five years ago in Greece, transferred to France and returned to Greece just for a quick extradition, or rather abduction. The enthusiastic participation of Athens in this most recent unlawful, arbitrary act by the US as regards the Russian citizen is further evidence of Greece’s confrontational posture toward our country.
☝️ Russia will not abandon a citizen in need. Russian diplomats will do all they can to safeguard his lawful rights and interests.

🤝 Ongoing regional and global challenges notwithstanding, the two Leaders reaffirmed their common will to further Türkiye-Russia relations based on mutual respect, recognition of reciprocal interests, and in accordance with their international undertakings.
Within the framework of this understanding, the Leaders, who conducted extensive consultations on the issues that are on the agenda of Türkiye-Russia bilateral affairs, agreed:
✅ to increase the bilateral trade volume on a balanced basis and to achieve designated targets;
✅ to meet one another’s expectations on the economy and energy;
✅ to take concrete steps to boost collaboration about issues that have been pending on the agenda of both countries for a long time, concerning sectors such as transportation, commerce, agriculture, industry, finance, tourism and construction.

❗️ Just two hours ago, the Ukrainian armed forces shelled the Zaporozhye NPP with large-caliber artillery.
❌ According to the information we receive in real time, repair crews cannot reach the scene of the fire as there is still a possibility of artillery shelling.
The situation is extremely alarming, fraught with the risk of a man-made disaster at Europe's largest nuclear power plant.
‼️ If the accident happens, it will be akin to Chernobyl.
☝️ Thus, we appeal to international organizations – the UN, the IAEA – as well as to nations that have an influence on the Kiev regime to take action so that the shelling of nuclear power plants stops immediately.
Otherwise, the consequences will be hard to predict.

To this day, the terrible death of innocent civilians strikes a chord with millions of people on our planet. It is hard to fully understand what the masterminds and perpetrators of such an inhumane act were guided by.
The Soviet offensive in the Far East, as part of the agreements between the Allies, not only liberated China and Korea, but also took away Japan’s motivation to continue military operations. In that situation, atomic bombings by the United States were in fact a show of force and an operational test of nuclear weapons on civilians.
🇺🇸 United States was the first and only country to use this type of weapons of mass destruction.
