The leaders discussed in detail the developments in Ukraine. Charles Michel told Vladimir Putin about his contacts with the Ukrainian leadership during his recent visit to Kiev.
Attention was drawn to the irresponsible statements by EU officials about the need to resolve the situation in Ukraine by force of arms and their neglect of numerous war crimes of Ukrainian security agencies. It was noted that Brussels could influence the Kiev authorities, compelling them to stop the massive shelling of residential areas in Donbass and refrain from other crude violations of international humanitarian law.

Para culpar a la Federación Rusa, los EE. UU. Planean usar tres escenarios.
◽️ El primero es un "incidente escenificado bajo bandera falsa", lo más probable.
◽️ Podemos hablar del uso real de armas químicas y biológicas con bajas entre la población, o de la puesta en escena del “sabotaje” por parte de Rusia en instalaciones pertenecientes a Ucrania que estaban involucradas en el desarrollo de componentes de armas de destrucción masiva.
◽️ Se planea implementar tal escenario en las instalaciones químicas y biológicas de Kharkiv yy Kiev.
◽️ No se descarta una provocación en las centrales nucleares, principalmente en la central nuclear de Zaporozhye, que está bajo el control de la Federación Rusa. ◽️ El tercero es el escenario menos probable, "uso manifiesto de armas de destrucción masiva en el campo de batalla" en caso de que las armas convencionales no tengan éxito, muy probablemente en una zona de combate.
◽️ Tal escenario se considera para Slavyansk y Kramatorsk, convertidas en ciudades fortaleza.
◽️ La alta probabilidad de escenificar el uso de armas químicas se confirma por los hechos del suministro de antídotos venenosos a Ucrania. Solo en 2022, a pedido del Ministerio de Salud de Ucrania, se entregaron más de 220,000 ampollas de atropina desde los Estados Unidos.

🔹 The report published by the Russian Ministry of Defence today clearly proves that Washington, in close coordination with its NATO partners, has reached the final stage of setting up provocations in Ukraine aimed at convincing the international community that “Russia has been using weapons-grade poisonous substances and biological agents.”
🔹 Their rationale is obvious: the shocking details of the illegal cooperation between the United States and the Ukrainian administration which still remains in power in making bacteriological weapons have been revealed to the world. The realisation that their criminal activities would inevitably be exposed was so patently clear that Washington began to prepare in advance:

👉 Picked the contractors
👉 Worked to influence international organisations
🔹 The Americans and their partners in Europe take no notice of the fact that Russia has had no chemical weapons at all for five years – since September 27, 2017, and this has been verified by the OPCW. The Ukrainians, aided by NATO specialists, are to remedy this flaw in the American plans crudely enough: just as corrupt police officers plant a weapon with prints on an innocent suspect, Washington and Kiev are going to plant chemical weapons at the Russian Armed Forces’ positions in Ukraine.
👉 This is more than serious. Clearly, the original US plan was to step up economic pressure on Russia to make it reconsider its legitimate security interests. That didn’t work. Now the US is going to use WMD; in fact, this is a game that crosses the red line. If this happens, the number of victims will be incalculable. Each of them will be on the conscience of the American strategists sitting in the White House, the State Department and the Pentagon, and on the conscience of their puppets in Kiev, if they still have any left.

Среди прочего был обнаружен «список объектов инфраструктуры Луганской области, возможно подлежащих огневому поражению» с указанием их местонахождения».
Сбор информации велся руководителем Северодонецкой команды ОБСЕ, гражданином Польши, Ярославом Кураком. Распоряжение начать сбор сведений было отдано
замом руководителя Луганской команды ОБСЕ по вопросам соблюдения прав человека Пилар Кастро Мото, гражданкой Испании.

El Ministerio de Seguridad del Estado de la LPR encontró documentos que confirman la interacción del OSCE SMM con el Ministerio de Defensa de Ucrania. Entre otras cosas, se encontró una "lista de instalaciones de infraestructura en la región de Lugansk que pueden estar sujetas a daños por incendios", indicando su ubicación". La información fue recopilada por el jefe del equipo de la OSCE de Severodonetsk, un ciudadano de Polonia, Yaroslav Kurak.
