📉 After the recent peak, we see three distinct downward waves.
📉 Three waves always indicate a correction.
🙌 An impulse can't consist of three waves.
📚 This tells me that, with high probability, the current decline is not a long-term reversal, but rather a correction.
📈 Once the correction is over, the main trend will resume.
😘 Just a reminder that Waves 1 and 4 can overlap in diagonal.

2. Swing trading - I trade in the medium-term, from a few days to a few weeks.
There may be many unpredictable fluctuations within a single day, which we can call market noise.
This noise is almost impossible to predict. It also requires a significant amount of time and effort.
Scalping is a pointless strategy for you, but it is profitable for your broker:
High leverage and a large number of trades lead to high commissions.
The advantage of swing trading is that it's easier to identify a long-term trend compared to an intraday one.
After all, you can see where the market has moved over the past week, month, or quarter, right?🙂

Here is a clear example of what I wrote about today.
Since January, we have seen a downward trend in USD/JPY.
This means that we need to look for opportunities to short after upward corrections.
I showed you such a sell opportunity at the beginning of August.
😍 The market made an ABC correction, and most importantly, in Wave C, we see a diagonal.
📚 A diagonal is a reversal pattern, which means an opportunity to join the downtrend.
✅ Since my forecast, the market has fallen by 400+ pips. And now it is at its lowest point.
💰 Trade long-term - it's profitable.
