ဖွံ့ဖြိုး‌တဲ့သူများ နိုင်ငံကြည့်ပြီး ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံကို အထင်သေးနေလို့မရဘူး။ အဲ့ဒီနိုင်ငံက လူတွေလို ကိုယ်တိုင်ကလည်း နိုင်ငံသားကောင်း စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိရဲ့လား။ စဉ်းစားဖို့ လိုတယ်။ နိုင်ငံသားကောင်းစိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိသူဟာ နိုင်ငံရဲ့ စည်းကမ်းဥပဒေကို လေးစားလိုက်နာတယ်ဗျ။ သူ့ကြောင့် သူ့ကြောင့်နဲ့ လက်ညိုးထိုးနေမယ့်အစား ကိုယ်က စပြင်နိုင်ဖို့ လိုတယ်။ ဒါမှ ကိုယ့်အတွက်လည်း စည်းကမ်းတကျနဲ့ အောင်မြင်နိုင်သလို။ ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံအတွက်လည်း နိုင်ငံသားကောင်းစိတ်ဓာတ် ရှိသူအဖြစ် ရပ်တည်နိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် Citizenship ကို ထည့်ထားခြင်း ဖြစ်တယ်။

What is TCSF?

With a focus on beginning teachers, the TCSF aims to provide a mechanism to support the quality of teacher education against four key domains of practice: professional knowledge and understanding; skills and practice; values and dispositions; and professional learning and development.

What is teacher competency standards?
Competency standards are concerned with application of professional knowledge and skills within the workplace and are underpinned by teachers' professional values. Each competency standard is a statement of the level of competency a teacher exhibits for that dimension.

Why is Tcsf important?
The Myanmar Teacher Competency Standards Framework (TCSF) has been developed to establish a set of agreed-upon standards for teachers' professional development . This framework includes competency standards and minimum requirements for teachers' professional development in four main areas .

What are the 4 domains of competency?
The IPEC panel identified four core competency domains: 1) values and ethics; 2) roles and responsibilities for collaborative practice; 3) interprofessional communication; and 4) teamwork and team-based care.

You don’t need to have a specific personality type to be an inspiring and effective teacher. However, there are some useful traits you should work on developing or strengthening if your goal is to be a more engaging and successful educator.

1. Adaptability
Adaptability is a must for teachers, who need to continuously evaluate what’s working for their students — and even more importantly, what isn’t working. Being adaptable and flexible allows you to flow between different theories of learning and modes of teaching — something we’ll discuss momentarily — without becoming immobilized by stress or indecision.

2. Empathy
Empathy is the ability to understand what another person is feeling or experiencing — put simply, putting yourself in another person’s shoes. As a teacher, it’s vital to practice empathy instead of making assumptions — for instance, making efforts to understand and address the root issue that’s causing a student to fall behind their peers, perform more poorly than they used to, or lash out in class.

3. Patience
