73yo man, here for his grandchildren's future, pepper sprayed in the eye. He didn't have a heart attack, but man is rubbing his chest so maybe some warning chest pain. Police don't seem very perturbed. Thugs.

It's as if the Scottish Government is turning Scotland into one of the fantasy lands Jonathan Swift describes in Gulliver's Travels, a land where they try to extract sunbeams from cucumbers.

For those wondering why the Australian truckers are so exposed to police violence as compared with the Canadians arriving in their trucks, the reason is that most Australian truckers work for haulage firms and so are not at liberty to drive the rig off for an open-ended time. Few are self-employed, but most are in Canada.
