I am going through a particularly difficult time at the moment so just wanted to let you know I will be taking a break from X and Telegram for a while. Even though this channel has multi admins, I have taken the decision to stop most posting for a while

I will, however, still produce my Substack articles and post them on here for ease of access for people

I hope everyone understands. My nervous system needs a break from everything I am dealing with. Being on social media doesn't help with this
