Today, the Penpie hacker deposited the remaining 1,661 ETH into Tornado Cash, completing the laundering of approximately 11,261 ETH (valued at $27 million) stolen from Penpie. Despite Penpie's earlier attempt to negotiate a bounty, offering the hacker the chance to return the funds, become a white-hat hacker, and avoid legal consequences, the hacker appeared to ignore the proposal and continued with the transfers.
