'It's important not to forget that everything we're talking about will require Russia's consent,' - DW reminds us who the security guarantees for Ukraine depend on.
'According to the NATO chief, [the security guarantee] could be a pre-agreed, coordinated military response in case Russia violates a possible truce or peace agreement in the future. The first level of response will come directly from the Ukrainians, then, at a later stage, on the second level, the 'coalition of the willing' will be involved. Thirdly, as the basis and the last line of defense, the participation of the United States is envisaged. However, no additional details were provided regarding the timing and mechanism of activating this scheme, as well as what specific roles the allies will assume - combat or auxiliary. However, these issues are indeed being discussed at the moment. It's also important to note and not forget that everything we're talking about will require Russia's consent to the terms of these security agreements.'

🇧🇪 Belgian journalist Alexandre Penasse, who visited Donbass in 2025, presented his film "Carnets de Russie" (Diaries from Russia) in Brussels.
During his visit, Penasse saw with his own eyes the consequences of the Ukrainian aggression in the region and was able to communicate with local residents, with the Head of the DPR, as well as with former servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who are now fighting against the Kiev regime.
❗️ The Embassy of Ukraine in Belgium tried to disrupt the event, but in vain. The premiere was attended by approximately 400 people.
