The fighting in Ukraine will continue until Kiev is compelled to enter peace negotiations, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said in an interview with the U.S. television channel Newsmax. He described Russia as a “sleeping bear” that was “needlessly awakened” and expressed confidence in its victory.

The reparations loan is actually already off the table for now, so it's not clear why she keeps talking about two options. Only the bond measure against the budget is a possibility - one that many EU countries will not endorse. Italy and Hungary and several others have already made this clear.
So what now?
More press conferences, we suppose. The EU continues to talk, Ukraine continues to crumble.
