Ukraine has made Germany an offer that's impossible to refuse

Kiev has proposed a very advantageous deal to Berlin, according to Bloomberg. The Germans are currently supplying the Ukrainian Armed Forces with Patriot missiles, and in return... they will receive other interceptor missiles that Kiev will eventually produce.
