The Executive Board would like to notify you that, except for the vacancies listed below, the Action Plan document will not be required for the National Assistant Position applications for the term 2023/24.

The positions that still require applicants to submit their Action Plans are

- Presidential Assistants
- Capacity Building Assistants
- Public Relations and Communications Assistants
- Activity Coordinator Assistants for The Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace

SCORA HMC prepared a successful menstrual hygiene training program 2 at Wekma youth and sport federation in collaboration with Women Economic Empowerment Africa and ICARE.

We would like to extend our thanks to the federation for enabling us to prepare such an educational event in which we were able to train a number of young people.

Massive step for SCORA-HMC for a successful training we look forward to a future where we're able to replicate this success and make a positive impact on the youth community.

✨Our first session will delve into the topic of organization and organizational culture, which will be delivered by our very own outgoing 2022/23 executive board president, Olyad Kebede.✨

During this session, you can expect to learn about the building blocks of an organization, including how to set vision, mission, and values. we'll be discussing what an organizational culture is and how to form it, support it, or change it if need be.

We kicked off our NMO/LC management sessions with an introduction to organizations and organizational culture, we will dive further into the concept by continuing with Organizational Development and Professional Ethics tonight, June 06th, 2023 at 1:30 local time.

✨ The session will be delivered by by our very own 2022/24 national supervising council member, Tsinat Mulugeta.✨

During this session, you can expect to learn what organizational development is, when and how we implement it. We will also evaluate what professionalism is and discuss the fundamental basis of professional ethics.
