ECWC represents Ethiopia in the BIG 5 international building and construction show

The BIG 5 international building and construction show is officially launched today, where Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is participating in the show representing Ethiopia.
It has a great contribution for ECWC, to showcase its immense potential to inter in to the global market and enable to search out partners through networking. Moreover, the show will create an opportunity to promote Ethiopia’s investment opportunities in general and will create networking for ECWC to inter in to the international business in particular.
Among many special events of the show, ECWC is also participating in the global construction leaders’ summit. Eng. Yonas Ayalew, CEO of ECWC represents Ethiopia as a panelist of the global construction leaders’ summit. Eng. Yonas describes Ethiopia’s commitment to produce construction input materials, substituting the import of construction inputs and also plans to export for the global market. In addition, the CEO underscores the Ethiopian government due attention for the construction sector and special concern for the timely and quality accomplishment of construction projects.
The show will continue with various events and end up in December 8, 2022, at Dubai World Trade Center.

የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን የተለያዩ የሰራተኞች የደንብ ልብስ እና ጫማ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ስለሚፈልግ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ብቁ ተጫራቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡
1. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ነገር ግን በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ያልተመዘገቡ ተጫራቾች ለሚመለከተው የመንግስት መ/ቤት በማመልከት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
2. በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉበት ከሚፈለገው አገልግሎት የተዛመደ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጫ ሰርቲፊኬት እና በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከሀገር ውስጥ ገቢዎች ቢሮ ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ በማቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶ /በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የሀገር ውስጥ ጥቅል ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

3. የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተመለከቱት መስፈርቶች መሠረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ዜግነትን ሳይመለከት ለማንኛውም አቅራቢ ክፍት ነው፡፡ የጨረታው ሰነድ የተዘጋጀው በአማረኛ ቋንቋ ነው ፡፡


4. ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ጨረታ ብር 100,000.00 (አንድ መቶ ሺ) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ ወይንም በባንክ ዋስትና ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጪ በኢንሹራንስ ወይም በሌላ መልክ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ለዚህ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ግዥ መምሪያ ገቢ የሚያደርጉበት የመጨረሻ ቀን ታህሳስ 06 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም እስከ ጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡


6. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻው በተገኙበት ቀን ታህሳስ 06 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቅጥር ግቢ በሚገኘው ግዥ መምሪያ-1 የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

7. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

H.E Mrs. Chaltu Sani visits ECWC’s booth at Dubai
Minister of the FDRE Minister of Urban and Infrastructure H.E Mrs. Chaltu Sani, State Minister H.E Mr. Wondimu Seta and State Minister H.E Mrs. Helen Debebe from the same Ministry visited the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) stand at Dubai World Trade Center opened in December 5, 2022.
H.E Chaltu Sani appreciated ECWC’s effort to promote Ethiopia’s investment potential in general and showcasing the Corporation’s effort to attract potential investors to work together to grasp the Eastern and Central African Markets. Furthermore, H.E admired ECWC’s participation in the Global Construction Leaders’ Summit that enables ECWC to gain and share experiences of the state of the art construction project management skills and technologies.
The BIG 5 international building and construction show will be closed in December 8, 2022.

ECWC signs an MoU with ACI
The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) signs an MoU with an American Concrete Institute(ACI) to increase collaboration and cooperation in matters of improving concrete construction through the support of technical expertise in ways of publications, meetings, conferences, internet links, committee membership, and certification activities.
The agreement was signed between Engineer Yonas Ayalew, CEO of ECWC and Charles Nmai , president of ACI in the 7th of December 2022 at Dubai, World Trade Center.
