π½οΈ Lazy Mushroom and Chicken Quiche ππ
- 2 tortillas or lavash sheets
- 400g chicken fillet
- 200g champignon mushrooms
- 1 onion
For the filling:
- 300g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- Spices to taste
- Cheese (as much as your conscience allows)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry until golden in a drop of oil.
2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the chicken. SautΓ© for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Don't forget to season with salt and spices to taste.
4. Line a baking dish with the tortilla and pour in the filling.
5. Prepare the topping by whisking the eggs, sour cream, and spices. If desired, add some cheese.
6. Pour the topping over the filling.
Bake at 180Β°C for 30-40 minutes.
