Defrost it, pat it dry thoroughly with a paper towel, and then drop it in boiling water for just 2 minutes! No longer, and you'll have the most tender and juicy squid meat π
Now, let's put it all together:
Eggs, avocado, and squid.
Dressing:
Cottage cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, lime juice, olive oil.
