He's a beautiful soul who is the town's go-to Chinese Medicine practitioner in Marshall, North Carolina. Marshall is about 1/2 hour outside of Asheville... 🌊🕊️

Callan's Chinese Medicine clinic was severely damaged in Hurricane Helene. (His wife's Yoga studio was also greatly impacted). Please join me in supporting him in the recovery & rebuild process. Circa 2013.

Wim came to SF Bay Area and stayed on my jenky lil pull-out couch in my tiny country cottage that week.

Together we offered this FREE community talk in SF for ~20ppl at my Chinese Medicine clinic.

I had invited thousands of people. I shared my crystal ball vision that this "iceman" and his world-changing method would take the world by storm.

People thought I was nuts.

It was super early days. These 20 people who were ready for next level badassery actually came to the community talk.

Then later that weekend, about 45 courageous folks came to experience Wim Hof Method workshop.

We were "baptisted" into the ice dunk.

Back in those days, Wim worked with each of us 1-on-1. He shared with us some profoundly powerful advanced breathwork practices that he'd never share in a weekend workshop now.

We're blessed. ✨

An interesting development - observing the wave of pushback on government overreach.
