hmm... reflecting back on the "dangers" of thinking "Your body is an amazing being and knows how to take care of itself."

🤔🕊🧐 If we observe from birds eye view, as a cosmic anthropologist, it is quite fascinating.

From the David Hawkins Map of Consciousness, we can see that the sub-100 consciousness (e.g. fear 100, apathy 50, guilt 30, shame 20, etc.) simply *cannot* perceive possibilities that are at levels like courage 200, reason 400, love 500.

These are vastly different realities.

To a sub-200 consciousness, the energy of Love & trust (500+) can be misinterpreted as Apathy (50).

At sub-200 consciousness, we are not capable of trusting life. To accomplish anything in life, we only know about using force, pushiness, guilt, shame, fear, or coercion.

We simply cannot perceive any other way.

When we are at 500+ we are in the flow of harmony, kindness, peace. It is such a completely different reality that it is imperceptible to folks who are stuck in fear, guilt, shame.

So now, let's be honest with ourselves. We've all been stuck in fear/guilt/shame ourselves, haven't we?

We have all been there.

When you were in that place, what was most helpful to you?

Who/what helped you to free yourself and move into greater self-care, self-love, self-responsibility and self-empowerment?

Who/what inspired you into greater courage, openness, reason, love and wisdom?

What works? What doesn't work?
