Hi friends, are you aware of the story of Cathy O'Brien?

Her incredible story surviving then *healing* from 30yrs of MK Ultra and Project Monarch trauma-based mind-control? It is absolutely mind-blowing, heart-breaking and yet heart-opening at the same time.

Her story (and knowing how many others have been subjected to these programs) shattered my heart and soul - and yet is so profoundly moving and inspiring at the same time.

There's a new documentary called TRANCE about her journey that - if you can be in the right mindspace/heartspace to take in such an intense story - I recommend it. It is very well done.

The documentary speaks truth in a way that leaves you with deep compassion, hope, inspiration, and optimism.

BUT - fair warning - it is intense and *not* for everyone. I would *not* recommend it for those who are dealing with an active case of PTSD. But if you're a healer/therapist, a change-agent or activist interested in creating Peace and healing - then i believe you'll find it very enlightening.

When I was 13-15, I was a total tomboy. A very awkward nerdy math nerd, a budding swimmer and x-ctry runner. The body was changing so fast, I wanted to get better at sports and resented it for the inconvenience of monthly menstruation. I soooo wished I was a boy. Breasts and Uterus were useless inconveniences to me. It'd be so great if I could just be a boy!

Then gradually, naturally, I grew out of this phase and started feeling more comfortable in my body by age 17-18. As a university NCAA athlete, meeting cute boys in school, exploring my femininity, I began to appreciate this strong beautiful female body more and more.

Today, after 2+ decades of exploring holistic health, consciousness, spirituality, a series of visionary mystical experiences, and simply living life -- I've come to love and appreciate every cell of this body and its divinely perfect design. Especially the blessing of the womb - this sacred portal of creation - through which two magical Luminous Kids have journeyed from the cosmos to this physical realm.

The experience of two soul-transforming home births, magical breasts that give comfort, delight, and nourishment - transfering heart's love and structured water consciousness from my being to our children's being to inform their cellular memory with light, with love.

Whether we have kids or not, the womb is a sacred portal through which creativity flows.

Our sexual energy is a key to creation - art, music, business, the fertility of life. This sacred and beautiful life.

Perhaps an answer to the gender conversation is exploring the deeper truths, including visionary mystical realms, the sacredness and multidimensional beauty of our divinely designed bodies? 💕🌺💃🕺✨
